I bought a copy of Windows 10 home edition and I was having trouble with my Windows 7 computer at the time and as it turns out Drake was able to help me and walk me through this he helped me realize that the problem was on my end in my hard drive and Drake was very helpful with this and eventually I got a nice clean install on my computer and from the first time I clicked on the chat message he is been more than attentive with the emails.

First time I did try all that I could do for a pay pal login as a user, that didn't worked out so I used the live chat support where Alex tried me 8 more times to log in all the different ways that even I tried, and I said I tried too (exept to try other browser). Then later Drake comed, and said that the store has a problem on the site, but the UK equalient maybe better and it was and made on first try.

Excellent Customer Support - Top Marks! I was very weary about ordering discount software on websites as I had some bad experience before. I have to say I was a little dubious at first to buy Windows 10 from a company that wasn't Microsoft (cheaper software surely has a catch). Normally I would spend the extra and do that, but this time cash flow was a problem. Anyway, after purchase I had an issue with the hard drive I was trying to install on and Charles helped me through formatting the hard drive ready for installation and then helped me to successfully install Windows. Extremely helpful advice and friendly manner. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered wrong product but the very helpful customer service could see what had happened instantly. Via live chat they changed the product issued me with a new license and checked back to make everything sure there were no further issues. From start to finish no longer than 10 minutes, excellent service.

I was really upset at first as they wouldn't give me a refund, even though I explained that I had purchased the wrong product by accident (Microsoft Office & Student 2019 PC). All they could say was it's against our refund policy. They suggested that I pay the difference for the other Mac version which was £160. I didn't want to pay the difference because that product is a lot cheaper from other retailers (currently £119 on the market). I emailed them again a few days later to see if I could resolve this issue, as the other product I had was utterly useless to me and in the end they agreed to price match the difference for me against the other retailers on the market, so I just paid £43.01 difference which I'm really pleased about. Thank you Peter and Jason at MSofficestore for helping me resolve my issue.
