The one thing I hate the most is how some people decide to make a review. They are annoying and at least they should see that. Just because some product is from Microsoft, doesn't mean it together a lot of attention. One of the computers look nice although I can't stand seeing some people being serious about "Microsoft" or their product. By the way, one review geek once said "Microsoft stores were very different" and if that is so, the writer should've proved it in any way. The microsoft stores quite frankly used to function just fine, which had nothing to do with Apple or nothing much to do with it at all. The microsoft store didn't always look bad so it was easier to use it. Some people have not much to say so it is easier to ignore them once enough.

Customer support was awesome. they helped me through the upgrade, which was a bit involved. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Jason helped me through the installation process of installing and advising me how to correct my mistake that I made. Excellent service!!

I bought a windows 10 license from MS Office Store at a great price. It was simple to use and came with all the details you would need for a novice to create a USB flash drive for a new PC. I had a question about the license key and used their live chat. I was speaking with someone called Drake, he was excellent, friendly and replied within minutes of my initial question.

Jason help me to upgrade Windows Home to Pro. I encountered some difficulty. He hand held me through the whole process until it is completed.

Drake was fantastic! He assisted me with all the uninformed questions my technologically stunted brain could conjure up. He sent me links to multiple articles and products on the MS store. He followed up when he saw I was having payment difficulties and even when I had some troubleshooting in my product key installment he was able to help through it all. So, completely brilliant and I got everything I needed in a really short amount of time.

I struggled with performing an update to Windows 10. I contacted support and but Charles and Drake did a great job getting it to load up. Turns out there is a programming issue with going from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I allowed them to remote into my computer and was up and running in no time. Always good to get expert help!

I'd been afraid to go down the route of downloading new computer software but I shouldn't have worried. Bought and downloaded Windows 10 and Office 19 Pro without a hitch of any sort. Instant download and well priced. Any problems there's always Alex to help out on line. Altogether a painless process. Dont forget that installing a new Microsoft operating system is NOT a quick process so be patient if you're doing that as I just have.

Simple site to use, Drake was very helpful with queries, would use again, why pay £100+ to Microsoft when this is £35 and is genuine product & key

I upgraded, finally, to Windows 10 a few days ago. I'm not completely ignorant when it comes to computer but not a genius either. I bought it through MSofficestore and was given a lot of instructions immediately with a proviso that if I hit any trouble, to contact them via chat online, which I did. I was given very precise an accurate instructions and help and it all worked out. So I'm very pleased with their service, they're on the ball. Thanks Alex for helping me out, you made it painless to go through the process.

Had an issue getting a key to work. Alex in support did an excellent job fixing the problem. Would recommend on the basis of knowing if there is a problem that they will respond well when needed

I am 77 years old and do not have much computer knowledge. I started with Charles with an error on installing after I got my Window 10 downloaded. After a couple of hours and much fumbling I managed to get the 9 digit code he needed to get into my computer. Alex picked right up an it and took over my computer and got it installed. I am happy and proud of Charles and Alex.

Charles was fast and efficient. Fixed my download quickly and allowed me to get on with other work in the meantime without stressing. Thanks 👍

*update, after responding to the company and getting varies contradictory responses I have been left with no option but to report them to trading standards. They are not connected to Microsoft, they lie about communications, and they lie about their policies. I will be taking legal action to get my money returned from these scammers I accidentally bought this product because my mum died and in my grief and ignorance of computers I didn't realise I already had windows 10, I thought it was windows 8. I also thought it was an official Microsoft store but it isn't, I paid extra for technical support aswell so I'm extra stupid. They say they'll refund if the activation doesn't work, which it won't because I already have it. I'm just stupid. However they won't refund a genuine mistake and are being really horrible. Don't use them, they have really bad customer service, they pretend to be Microsoft instead of being clear about not being them, and they break consumer law by not refunding. I hope if your mum died you get nicer kinder people not robbing you
