I purchased two software packages but had difficulties getting Microsoft Office License key to work on one of them. I used their chat link which Alex responded to. It was quite late in the evening but his comments were helpful and I was able to send screenshots of the problem whilst he stayed on the chat. He was very patient. He offered to check for bugs, etc. but I didn't want to allow access to my pc. He did not respond in a negative way to this but sent me a new license key that worked. He waited whilst I continued with process and even helped me with some further questions.

I'm not very computer savvy but I needed to upgrade my computer and did not know what I needed so I chatted with Jason at the online MicroSoft site and he told me exactly what to buy, where to buy the MS products and walked me through step by step for set up. I got a problem with the activativation servers and Jason from the support ask me to take the control of my computer remotely and solve the problem on few minutes.

I had a problem with the Windows 10 setup window bring a fixed size, which was too big for my netbook screen, so I could not see the buttons at the bottom of the window to move onto the next step. Charles resolved the problem and got the installation working properly for me. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a new PC that I thought would ship with Windows 10 Home Edition. So I ordered the Windows 10 Pro upgrade from MSofficestore. Turns out the PC came with Windows 11 Home Edition. I contacted MSofficestore support and Alex got the sales team to help me. They exchanged my purchase for the Windows 11 Pro Upgrade for just the difference in price. Then Alex helped me make sure it got installed right. The whole experience took less than 1 hour. I'm happy.

I went for a Windows 10 pro license key from MS Store. Price was great. I had some issues with install and activation, however, their customer support was great. I sent a msg and got a reply within minutes. I got first class help from a guy Called Alex within their support department. I upgraded my motherboard in my pc (Which was obviously pricy), then had to reactivate windows. It was a faff sorting out, bought MS Home, the key didn't work, had to pay MORE for MS Pro, sp had to pay a lot of money just for a new code. Charles made it quite an easy process, just a bit miffed I had to pay out so much money. It was a bit of a cheeky process, but Charles was very good.
