After setting up the caillrail our experience has been good. The initial issue was getting all of my business partners to get the phone to ring and not go to voicemail. It was very intuitive and a few of our calls were sent straight to voicemail which was problematic. We had another issue of people sending us text messages and there were not any alerts letting us know that was happening, but after we realized this was happening it has been smooth running.

While CallRail probably offers the most features and yet the best pricing for a call tracking service. It literally has all features you may imagine. However, firstly I found the whisper message/recording call flow to be slightly glitchy at times. Secondly, due to NAP consistency issues, a call tracking service was rendered useless to us. I think CallRail should notify each incoming customer of this issue before they pay/join. Lastly, inability to forward text messages to a main company phone also made it less intuitive to use. Don't get me wrong, it is a great service but it just wasn't for us. However, adding some new features and fixes could have made it even better.

CallRail is a great product. I is really easy to use for managing tracking phone numbers and calls. The inbound/outbound recording feature is excellent. The mobile app is functional but a little clunky. Also, they need to add the ability to send/receive photo text/SMS messages.

Easy to use and configure. I especially like the fact that their basic plan includes several (10, I think). Other companies charge for every number.

Simple to set up and extremely useful analysis of where your traffic is coming from in response to your media campaigns. A great way of tracking where you should be spending your marketing budget.
