United States | 23 June 2018It is easy to setup and start using. We did run into an advanced setting issue and reached out to support. The quickly replied and got us setup. It was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend using CallRail.

United States | 25 May 2018CallRail has an easy setup, and the numbers are mostly clean; no less so than other call tracking companies. I do wish there was we more options for trigger dynamic number insertion for campaign with many different sources. There are a decent amount but not quite enough. CallRail remains the best of the half dozen or so that we've tried. Also, the pricing model is a bit odd for an agency setup. The account structure is fine for agencies, but the way the pricing scales is odd.

United States | 23 May 2018We have very much enjoy there service. Great way to have 10 different numbers, at an affordable rate and be able to keep track of marketing. Also there service is wonderful. There response rate is great and they will continue to reach out to make sure you are taken care of, and if you're having an issue they will make sure they get a solution to the issue. Would totally would recommend !!!

United States | 08 May 2018CallRail has been great for all of our clients that utilize them! CallRail offers many features, making it easy to tailor to each client specifically. We love the campaign and keyword level tracking, the ability to listen to calls, and the ability to set up Call Flows -- directing users to multiple sales people, playing a greeting, or sending users to voicemail. The support staff is also great. I recently needed help setting up international numbers, and their team was responsive in aiding us with what we needed! Would definitely recommend this product.

We can now seamlessly route sales calls to our team without requiring admin oversite. We definitely recommend CallRail!

We made the switch because CallRail was less expensive for the quantity of phone #s and features we needed. CallRail also integrates with the reporting platform we use as an agency, which makes sharing data with our clients very streamlined. The few times I've needed support, they were fast to respond and solved my problem.
