When it comes to tracking the results of landing pages, using a tool like CallRail is a must. CallRail's CallPool functionality solved every problem we ran into. I love being able to see all of the data you want in a simple dashboard and still having the ability to export data if needed. The setup of custom integrations with Google Adwords and Google Analytics was a breeze!

We ported our 3 business numbers over to CallRail from Cox. CallRail allows us to easily and effectively direct our phone calls wherever we need at any time. The interface is extremely easy to use. We are only using a fraction of CallRail's service offerings and we can't recommend them enough.

CallRail offers a great service at a very affordable price. They beat out the competition on customer service and features. However, I wish they would allow MMS texts (to receive pictures) and longer text messages.

CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.

Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options. When we finally did and found CallRail we immediately fell in love with it. We have now been using CallRail for almost a year and we absolutely love it. The user interface is modern and really easy to work with. The DNI script / WordPress plugin is short and simply works and we love how well it integrates with Google Analytics and AdWords.
