Great to deal with, timely delivery and looks a quality product! Cant fault them.

Still have not received all the items I bought, spent over £3,00 on doors, handles and locks and had the worst experience I can remember for an online store. Inexperienced staff who just do not respond, blatantly lie about delivery times and just go missing when escalating an issue. No sense of urgency to resolve any issues and no appreciation for people trying to run a business. I have sent them my receipts for locks and handles I have had to source from elsewhere as they have not delivered as promised but so far without response or refund. These are part of Express Doors, my recommendation would be to not use either company.

Good service and a well made product

Excellent value for money! I had been quoted £3,000 for solid oak bi fold doors and an 8 week lead time. These doors look just as good when finished delivered in 10 days and at a third of the price! The only thing the fitter said was that you need to be very careful to get your frame fixing screws positioned so that the door stop covers them. I don’t think the measurement for this was in the instructions. Also we downloaded the instructions as the ones that came with the doors were tiny and hard to read. The product is veneered so you are unable to plug any holes as you would on a solid wood door frame.

The quality of these doors is absolutely hideous, I have ordered two sets of French doors and a bespoke window, EVERY SINGLE pane of double glazing has horrendous marks on the inside of the unit, finger prints, lines of dots from some sort of machining process, haze marks from tempering, and general dust. Apart from the very slow responses to my emails I couldn’t fault the company at first as they agreed to replace all the glazed units in the French doors, however I had the doors fitted by window fitters, so it will cost me to get all the units replaced. The bespoke window arrived later on so I have tried fitting this myself however it has taken me 2 hours to install one pane of glass as I’m not a qualified window fitter. As soon as I had fitted the glass I cleaned it off and lo and behold another mark on the inside! So I have two options, spend 24 hours fitting 21 new panes of glass myself + however long it takes me to remove the old panes or pay someone to come and do it. This will be of huge expense to me yet when I’ve asked for compensation for the inconvenience and cost of disposal of glass and replacement they have only come back with the offer of picking up the old glass once the new is installed. It is impossible to know until the units are installed, cleaned and a certain angle of sunlight is shine through the whether there will be marks in the inside. You would expect that there would be some sort of quality control at the factory but clearly there isn’t. I appreciate this is supply only but I have been given faulty products and not just a one off, there is clearly something fundamentally wrong with the manufacturers who supply vibrant doors and climadoor which is 100% not my fault and should not cost me money. Make of it what you will, but after having two separate orders with 21 panes of glass I’m pretty sure I haven’t just been unlucky. I would avoid anything manufactured by them at all costs.

Easy to order, quick delivery and excellent doors and fittings. The price was way less than any other door supplier as well.

Were kind enough to save my doors for quite a few weeks.. and I appreciate that their returns policy is 28 days…I did ask the question before I purchased the doors re exchanging over the 28 day policy and they said it wouldn’t be an issue! This was a verbal discussion… However, the renovations took far longer than expected.. I purchased 8 doors at 30” and 2 doors at 27”…. I just needed to exchange the 27’s to a 30”… I emailed and sent in the photos after speaking with Jake ( very polite lad) so they could see that the doors were intact which they were and still in the original wrappers which they could clearly see on the pictures. Unfortunately the sales team replied back and said that I had gone over the very strict 28 day policy so they couldn’t exchange them!! I think it’s a real shame as I have other renovations and they have lost a valuable customer and I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone!! I have now had to cut the door casings down to fit these doors which I didn’t want!! Please don’t buy your items too early if you are renovating!!

The product itself is fine, delivery was great also. After sales service was disappointing to say the least. I phoned for some advice on fitting the door handles. I was told to Google it. ‘There’s plenty video on YouTube. We don’t give advice about fitting. We just sell them’. Not what you want to hear from the aftersales department.

From the first time we contacted Vibrant doors,the young lady we spoke to went out of her way to make sure the doors we wanted where in stock,the doors arrived on time ,the delivery driver kept us informed to wha time the delivery would and rang us on a couple of occasions to say where he was and what time to expect,overall a great experience with the company.

The doors are fantastic. I had an issues with the sizes as some were ordered incorrectly. There is no easy mechanism to return them. I Had to hire a van and drive from london to return them to ensure I met the returns policy in the timeframe.
