Good quality and price

I bought eight internal oak doors from Vibrant doors and they have been perfect. Extremely good value and Vibrant customer service and delivery are excellent. I recommend them to all and I would definitely use them again.

i was told the foors where in stock. Received no comminication from them . When i phoned to chase , i was then informed they could only split my order with the remainding doors toncome 12 weeks later. No communication again from them so i chased again, to find the doors i had agreed to take had been sold on.

Excellent door but delivery time is minimum 10 days that’s not good

Firs of all, this is a good trustworthy company. I ordered the french doors set of 3 with a frame in Oak. Things to be aware of: You will need a very skilled carpenter to install this, its not a DIY job, You will need to order something smaller than the gap you have and then pack the gap out... when you pack out the gap, this gap needs to be covered with architrave to make it look nice. My gap was about 4 inches each side, which means I have very big architrave, which detracts from the doors beauty. Also, the doors do not come with any handle or latch, you will need to buy one. Delivery was good and fast, the quality of the doors is exceptional, its just a shame they don't provide any installers to fit them, (this is why I marked it down by a star), because 9 out of 10 carpenters I contacted thought the job was too complicated and didnt want to know, so I was nearly stranded with a pile of wood in my room! Think of this before you order, make sure you have a reliable carpenter who will not lose his nerve when he sees the fitting instructions!

We purchased 13 doors and a set of internal glass bifold doors from this company about 4 years ago when we refurbished our house. They were all excellent quality and look stunning still. We are so impressed with the Customer service when we emailed a few days ago to say that one of the fixings for the bifold had broken….. we had a reply by return asking for photo of the component, and a replacement sent out immediately and without charge! It is so refreshing to find a company which values its customers and provides such speedy solutions! Thank you Vibrant doors!

Ordered the doors in 2 batches due to some doors on back order. Both orders were delivered with no problem and with good communication from the delivery company they use. The drives unloaded to kerb side with no fuss or bother.

Customer support a bit slow but satisfactory. The lady I dealt with, sort out the issue. 5* for her. 4*, I would even give 0*, but don't want to been seen as bad feedback from customer support. Just the item I got, the quality was not there. I am only talking for stable door. That I ordered. Not other products from this company.
