Original problem with the website (turned out to be my PC) so called and spoke to someone who advised me on the best size for my Roomfoldgrande and gave me information I may have missed if I had not spoken to someone. How refreshing to get through to a company without having to choose from a million options and wait on hold for 40 minutes. I decided to order over the phone with Elliot as I had some requirements for delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for him and although he couldn’t guarantee the time I wanted he requested it, kept me informed, and as luck would have it it turned up bang on time!! Fantastic operation, and does exactly what Elliot told me it would. It’s just a shame I don’t have room for another bifold door!! Great service from start to finish!

Doors and handles arrived this morning, very impressed. Credit to the delivery drivers who handled the doors carefully and even gave us tips on how to store them!

I’ve never ordered doors before and I’d never think to do so online so I called up to make sure I wasn’t making any mistakes. Spoke to a lovely lad in the sales team who ran through everything I needed to know and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Vibrant Doors!

I would give one star but it’s not possible. Placed an order almost two weeks ago, no confirmation email sent, the item was not in stock so next available delivery is 3 months away. They apparently emailed me again to let me know but I didn’t receive that one either. Apparently my email add could be blocking their emails (never heard so much crap in my life) terrible customer service and not having stock of something you list as in stock is just poor. They didn’t even try to call.
