The doors I ordered was out of stock but I had a email the next day telling me and giving me my opinions , when the doors arrived a week later, with a text the day before to tell me the doors where coming, delivery was excellent. Doors are good quality and very happy with the service. Elliot and Callum was very helpful, Thank you

United Kingdom | 20 March 2022Awful customer service, originally ordered doors as available online, only to then be told that they were out of stock! I then had to wait another four weeks. Communication from company awful, had to chase and chase for an answer. That was in 2021. Now doors less than 12 months old have cracked wide open at major joint, customer services refuse to call me, only received email to say they can do nothing about it. Do not buy through this company or their sister company Vivid Doors, there are plenty of other doors suppliers who value their brand, reputation and clients more!!

United Kingdom | 10 March 2022Excellent Fire Doors, bought two fire doors from them for our extension. Rang them to check the stock and although the website showed 'in stock', it wasn't. Something which they can improve. However, they offered me Oak doors for the price of white primed doors (which we needed). Bit of extra work to paint them but cant fault the service and delivery!

United Kingdom | 07 March 2022Dreadful experience Firstly, doors that were ordered on line turned out not to be in stock after they had been paid for. Then on the morning of the delivery (with carpenters booked) their courier service (HDS) apparently broke down. Nice excuse. Apparently it takes a week to book another delivery. Just atrocious.

United Kingdom | 02 March 2022I ordered my doors and had them installed by a qualified carpenter . The single door not attached to the bi folds kepted in winding and even fell off nearly hitting me. I contacted the company who sent me an email stating that my qualified carpenter had put them in wrong and sent me further instructions that he already followed . All this without even speaking to us or seeing it ! Customer service appalling no help given at all . They sent me new brackets ,as a good will gesture apparently, that were damaged when it fell off and nearly killed me . Never again and wouldn’t recommend a very bad design !

We were kept updated (without needing to call) regarding delivery timeframes and the doors arrived in A1 condition when promised. Absolutely would recommend.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2022Initially had excellent email communication with Ethan. Arranged to pay a visit to the showroom to gain a better judgement of the bi-fold product required. Met with Elliott who spent time with us, with good explanation. However, I since telephoned 3 separate times and left messages with staff to request a callback. All of which has been ignored. Was hoping to ask a few more questions before placing an order, but that wasn't to be! Poor follow-on customer service, which is costly to the company in this current climate. Would be intrigued to know the reason why Elliott chose to ignore a customer! Clearly not confident now with placing the order and have since taken our business elsewhere which is a shame considering the product looks study and of good quality.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2022Have updated to three stars pending the outcome of the next two weeks. Terrible service. Ordered four doors, some handles and two linings on 24 January. Received emails and texts from two different companies (LPD and Home Delivery Solutions) advising delivery today, 1 February. LPD turned up on time, but only had the door linings. One was the wrong item (despite what was on the order and the despatch note) so that got rejected. Correct item now due for delivery on 3 February, so that's another afternoon off work to wait in. Home Delivery Solutions then arrived within their allotted window with the handles and two of the four doors. Didn't know anything about the other two doors. Spent 10 minutes on the phone to Vibrant customer services, who couldn't tell me where the other doors were or when they would be delivered. They called back an hour or so later to say that they didn't know when they would be delivered, but it wouldn't be today. They promised to call me back later with a delivery date. Rather than call, they just sent me an email saying that the 'missing' doors were out of stock and weren't being restocked until March. This despite them still advertising them as 'in stock' and not informing me until over a week after accepting the order and taking payment. The only reason I bought everything else from this company was because they showed these doors as being in stock. To their credit, they have now offered to supply two single doors and a pairmaker rather than the rebated pair, at no extra cost. Unfortunately they won’t have stock for another week, so I won’t get them for two weeks now, but I appreciate that’s not entirely their fault.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2022I ordered an Aluminium Bifold from Vibrant Doors. The price was the best I could find, and the quality is superb. The delivery was within the timescales quoted and was nice and easy.
