I have purchased doors from Vibrant doors before so wasn't worried about what to expect. The door arrived very quickly and was well wrapped and no damage. Needed to be trimmed but no issues with quality and the door looks great and now matches the rest of the house!

The doors were a reasonable price and the delivery time was perfect for me. I think my fitter found the instructions a little tricky and I have on bit of trim that isn't fitted and we don't know where it goes. The finished look is exactly what I wanted

However! they were great from phone call confirming delivery to freindly delivery chaps.. and the doors (Suffolk White Prefinished Internal Doors) and free Handle Packs are extremley good quality.. would def order again.

The doors were exactly as I expected and I would definitely buy from this company again. There was a delay on the original order due to Vibrant rejecting the quality of the first set of doors but they kept me informed along the way and the replacements were delivered within a few days later . The communication from both company and the delivery service was excellent.

Great customer service, minor criticism would be delivery lead times.

Falsely advertised delivery dates and delivered the door chipped and blamed me for their poor quality. This is after ridiculous wait times for their support to answer because it's just 1 company hiding behind many different names to hide how bad they are. You already know the door was chipped before it was cut with a blade straight from the pack. Don't hit me with your pathetic lies. Also you have just proved that you do lie about delivery dates while trying to deny it. How do you even manage to do that? Disgusting company.
