United Kingdom | 09 April 2025Ordered and paid for 6 Black Straight Handle, Cylinder Sash Locks. Now I judge a company not on orders that go right but on how they deal with orders that go wrong! Communication on the companies side is of great importance. So I ordered these packs. I told the sales person, as usual I will pick up from Chesterfield depot. No contact when these items were at Chesterfield. Phoned them myself and told ok to pick up. I went 20 miles to pick up. Waited at Depot for 30 minutes while workers found the packs. The chap came out with a box. I had a feeling it might be a good idea to open one of the boxes as the depot guy said he knew nothing about the products he was handing me. I opened up handles to find they were the wrong ones. Went 20 miles back to Development site. Bearing in mind I have joiners on site for a specific period of time. Time is running out. Now contacted Vibrant Doors, yet again. Told they were contact supplier and expedite delivery to Chesterfield depo. Now I accept logistics can be a nightmare and sometimes things don't go to plan. I was patient and wanted to move forward with my products. No contact via phone or indeed email. I again contacted them, and found out the packs were delivered to chesterfield vibrant doors depot on Saturday. Only problem was that Vibrant Doors Depo (I was told) is closed on Saturday and oh so professional DHL dropped them off, get this outside a door, or shutter and photographed them there (remember this is basically an industrial trading estate). Surprize, surprize they went missing. Now I was informed that Vibrant Doors can deliver to our address and get it over within a couple of days from supplier. Two days later I phoned again (note, I'm the one chasing vibrant doors, no communication from them at all to put my mind at ease), I'm told that they cannot get hold of their account manager, as to whether these handles have been dispatched or not! Joiners now off, site and it is going to cost me a lot to get them back on site, when they are available to fit me in (this is costing me big time and putting the completion date way back). So if I could I would give Vibrant Doors a wide berth if you are a professional Development Company with time sensitive projects. Communication is none existent, you have to chase them. Efficiency in resolving logistical issues is very low. Extremely dissatisfied with this amateur approach to business involving professional standards of service.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2025Ordered 3 internal doors and they are all lovely. However, the delivery company forgot the handles,etc., and said they would deliver them shortly. Waited 10 days and heard nothing. Phoned Clima and the helpful guy said he would send me the missing items by courier and I received them 2 working days later. Great service would highly recommend and will use them again when I do the rest of the house.

United Kingdom | 05 April 2025It was a nightmarish experience. placed an order for two doors with more to follow as we moved through the renovation, date set, and confirmation.. No delivery.. phoned and set a new date set. No delivery... no phone call, despite insisting on your phone number when placing the order. I have used Vibrant doors before but never again, had to put the chippy off.. these days there are plenty of companies selling doors, I would avoid this one

United Kingdom | 02 April 2025i bought 2 door from here and they cost 450 each i opened the box to see if they where ok i thought they was so i thought ok then about a couple of weeks later when ready to have them fitted i noticed they had a big dent in them so contacted after sales and they said there’s nothing i can do cause i didn’t check them properly even thou i thought best thing to do is keep them in the box ready when i was getting fitted i only ask to get a new one sent but they said so be i am never going to bye another thing from here if i bought it from a shop at least u get 28 days disgusting when ive spent 1300 on doors with this company after sales terrible

United Kingdom | 28 March 2025I purchased the Mexicano Oak Internal Doors, and I was very pleased with their quality and timely delivery. However, the FD30 Fire Door Sash Lock Pack and FD30 Fire Door Pack were of very poor quality. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for 10 minutes on each call, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I emailed them with video evidence showing that the door lock was not springing out properly, I received no response or acknowledgment—nor was I offered a replacement or any advice on how to resolve the issue. Ultimately, my lock fitter had to file down the cover significantly just to get the latch to function properly when opening and closing the door. It is completely unacceptable for a product of this standard to require such major modifications to make it work. Additionally, I emailed them to ask if I could return the unused hinges and latch, but they refused, stating they were part of a pack. I didn’t argue with their decision, yet they still chose to patronize me about what my fitter had told me regarding why the hinges weren’t used. I strongly advise against buying door handles from this company. If you encounter any issues, do not expect them to provide any support or assistance.

One of the doors to arrive in the first delivery was damaged which we hadn’t known until all the doors were unwrapped. The girl Katie has stated there is nothing they can do as it’s not been report to us within 48 hours. I was going to order the remaining doors for my house from here but I think I will look elsewhere. Very poor customer service and attitude towards a genuine issue. I understand the policy but surely this should be based on a case by case basis . I have a date stamped picture of the doors from last week still lying fully wrapped but Katie just stated this does not change the matter.
