First time ordered from this company and they are very good and the quality of the product was excellent.

Appalling aftersales service. The paint on the doors I received was chipping - even before I put them up. I sent emails to their aftersales team on the 19th of June and up till now (3rd July) not a single response. I had to call to chase them up. No acknowledgement to say they had received my emails. And zero to little interest in resolving the matter. How they have scored 4.4 stars on Trustpilot is a mystery. I regret buying from them. If anything (product or delivery) goes wrong, you are on your own. Only use them if you fancy getting stressed out for buying a door. Believe the poor reviews you have read on here about them. They are true.

Good website enabling me to see different styles from different manufacturers, plenty of information given. Competitive pricing & easy to follow ordering system. My doors came from 2 different sources but both arrived in time slot provided. The doors were well protected & exactly as I had envisioned

Good helpfull customer service

Ordered 7 internal doors, good communication, we had a mix up with a part of the order due to different makes/names - LPD delivery fab and exactly on time, other 2 doors was a different company via vibrant doors and was unfortunately missed, however we called and rearranged delivery, can't fault the service at all. The company delivered convenient to us, kept in contact via text and calls, delivered when requested, they too were fab. All in all very happy and would use again. Doors are well made and look better than I thought. Our chippie hung them very well, very happy with what we got.

Good arrangement for delivery from a fair distance. Time interval from order to delivery just slightly longer than optimal. Product good.

Doors were exactly as wanted. Delivered on time with call night before to check time; the delivery men were friendly & helpful, bringing the doors inside to where we wanted them!

the order process on line was easy and straightforward. They didn't have all the doors in stock at time of placing the order. However, it was made clear as to when the outstanding doors would be back in stock. what wasn't as clear, when ordering is that they would only deliver the order, once all the doors was in stock. Having said that, the doors arrive when they said they would and the guys that delivered the doors was awesome and carried the doors, to where my wife want then in the house.
