Ordering online was easy but there was a delay on the initial expected delivery. I heard nothing and had to chase up my order by phone two weeks after the date. There was a further delay but no date given. The door has now arrived but I feel customer service should have updated me sooner without the customer having to chase.

I ordered two Vancouver Offset Oak internal doors recently and they are lovely. I had to rearrange the delivery date but this was no problem and the delivery man carefully unpacked them and carried them into my garage for me. They were hung this week without any problems at all and are a great addition to my porch and lounge. Thank you!

Good selection of doors but when I placed my order I was told some items were out of stock and I then found out I had to wait at least 3 months for the stock to come back in (they told me sooner but the website showed a different date). Customer service weren’t very helpful and they didn’t seem bothered to lose a big order

I Had a minor issue with an item which was damaged during delivery, this was resolved very quickly and efficiently, I had a replacement part within two days. Very happy with quality of the doors and the finished job.

Door not delivered on delivery date as I was told it was damaged. When door arrived a week later it was still the damaged one. Big dent in the wood.

I was refused a refund because I was unable to repackage the door, but the packaging was impossible to put back on being vacuum packed. £250 wasted.

My bi-folds are amazing! I had ordered some external bi-fold doors from Vibrant and I'm really impressed with the quality of them. Not only did they show up sooner than expected but the service I received was exceptional. Would recommend this company.
