I wasn't impressed when I returned the doors that I no longer needed. The doors themselves were very nice. Apparently there was some cosmetic damage on the doors when they were sent by the courier and Vibrant said they wouldn't refund me - but the damage seemed minor and cosmetic and I was surprised that a company like Vibrant wouldn't be able to resell them.

I ordered doors which looked great and were really well made. They were delivered on time and efficiently. Unfortunately due to our builder's error they were the wrong size and because they had not been unpacked, Vibrant were very helpful in helping me return them. I shall be ordering the new correct sized doors from Vibrant.

Arrived on time as informed.friendly staff and door arrived exactly as ordered in perfect condition.Would recommend.

I ordered 40 doors 3 months early so I can get the doors delivered on time. They cannot give me a delivery date yet and the after sale service is poor. when I asked to speak to a manager, they kept putting the line on hold during conversation and then the line cut off twice.

Called Vibrant twice through our process - once to check the size I'd ordered was correct and once to check how much we could take off one of the doors. Both times the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The doors arrived on time and they look brilliant. Brilliant service, brilliant products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Ordering from this company turned into a complete disaster. They have sent me the wrong doors which I have refused. They then rescheduled the delivery and brought me back the same wrong door few days later. I also ordered set of door handles with lock and received 2 x locks and no handles. I received a refund for the doors, but haven't received the handles still weeks later and company is not responding to my request for a refund.

Brilliant Company. I found the doors I wanted and Vibrant Doors were cheaper than my local dealer. Ordering on line was easy and I could choose the delivery date too!. Also when delivered I needed the 7 internal doors putting in my garage which the driver kindly did which was a great help. Would definitely Vibrant Doors again and would recommend them to anyone who asks. Viv.

Ordering and delivery excellent, however returning a door is a challenge .I gave up trying with the delivery company and used the door in another room instead. `vibrant doors were more than happy to take the return , its just getting delivery company to actually confirm acceptance of the job .

Received confirmation of order following ordering a door from Vibrant Doors. Soon after received a call confirming a delivery date. Delivery arrived on time as arranged by two helpful delivery men. The door was delivered as it should have been in excellent condition. Lovely door, good price and good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Extremely happy with vibrant doors, after speaking with customer service who were very knowledgeable about their products, and from ordering to delivery everything was perfect.

This is a second order that I made online the after sales customer service is very poor the information that was given to myself on the reason why delivery was missed was completely different from the facts the customer service representative on the phone was quite rude and I would think twice if order ever again from this company. People make mistakes only God don't make mistakes and this company. Eventually my deliverer should be with me. On the 4/9/23 order was made and paid on the 18th of August.
