Doors are of good quality and as stated . Instructions woeful , unless you have a degree on engineering, not for a diy'er unless you can work it out which I did by double checking every step 5 times

The true test of any company is not when things go right - but when they go wrong. I've had my beautiful Vibrant doors for almost two years now and they are still look like new and wearing very well. However a bathroom lock developed a fault. I dealt with Georgia on the phone whom kindly arranged an immediate replacement under warranty. She dealt with it promptly & politely. I would not hesitate to recommend Vibrant doors as their aftercare is as good as their products.

This Company helped me with my choice of doors. They fully understood my needs. Their communication is excellent. The doors is purchased were Oak Mexicano. Superb quality. Delivery was swift and on time. Brilliant Service.

I was keep informed from ordering to delivery, well impressed. Great company to deal with and the courier service first class, there was no problem getting them to open the items to check for any damage, which of course there was none. Fast delivery without any issues

Ordered online 2. No. Internal doors , to be emailed the following day , their supplier no longer supplies the doors , why on earth do they advertise the doors knowing suppliers no longer supplies them ??? Very disappointed 😢

Received a damaged door on Friday, due to being immobile the doors were inspected at 7pm on Friday by the joiner, where we found 3 doors being fire doors not what we ordered. And a damaged door. Called at 9.01am Monday as they are closed all weekend. Explained the fire doors were not ordered but I was accused of making a mistake, even though the 2 doors are directly together on the website. I have been told I have to pay £120 courier charges for the fire doors to be exchanged and they are refusing to exchanged the damaged door even though they fobbed me off Monday and Tuesday stating they needed confirmation from they're returns department to book a courier and costs, yesterday they were happy to exchange the door but today they accused the supplier of refusing to exchanged the door. I have contacted LPD who in a lengthy conversation said no conversation or email had been sent to them regarding the damaged door, they are shocked at the change of the goal posts in exchanges and state how can you liase with a company who closes all weekend. How disappointing that you can not put faith in a company to comply with consumer laws. Nothing to ensure customers return. Make sure you read ALL of their terms and conditions as you can not return an item that's opened as you will never package in original packaging again, read all the cluck highlights in terms and conditions. Do not accept deliveries on Fridays as you'll get no exchange, infact just shop else where. I'll be 100% shocked if I see any of my money they owe me. This company seems to want to wriggle out of any business responsibilities.

The doors were fantastic and the staff all really nice. Was a bit longer arriving than initially expected with no emails in the meantime to update but only a little bit longer and the day I called them to enquire they had already called me and I’d missed the call. Really pleased

I ordered 5 fire doors and one of them was really damaged. And the wording of their policy is a little sceptical. Stating that if any packaging is removed they wont accepted returns. But then in the next breath the doors should be inspected for damage within 48 hours but they are boxed up
