Quality product

The quality and door arrangement is very disappointing.. full description isn’t given on the fitting instructions or online.. the doors can only be opened from one side which is ridiculous .. a handle is supplied making it look like a single door can be opened but it’s not the case.. very expensive for what it is..

We found the website easy to use. We found the doors we wanted & the follow up emails were informative & timely. The doors were delivered on time & in good condition.

I ordered a large set of doors which were all from the same set. Initially, there were some problems with the wood finish on the doors not matching each other. However, after some communication with Vibrant Doors, they managed to source and supply me with doors that matched perfectly.

Vibrant doors were great until a problem occurred and then their approach , professionalism and attitude turned to unrecognisable! 1st batch of doors I ordered were delivered but with 1 door missing. The missing door was reported to Vibrant doors & acknowledged, my view was we can all make mistakes. 2nd batch of doors These were Delivered to the wrong address and left outside the wrong address without being signed off. I had to pay someone to locate the doors and physically carry them ( very heavy) 15 mins distance from my house, to my house Vibrant doors refused to apologise, it’s almost as though they can’t accept any blame. The above doors those delivered to the wrong address were also the wrong size and despite a clear paper trail ( via our emails ) in respect of the doors I actually ordered Vibrant doors refuse to accept their mistake and change the doors. I sent all emails and evidence-of my order to Vibrant doors and called the company . During the conversation , despite conveying my complaint respectfully an employee ( the same employee I ordered the doors through) put the telephone down on me mid-sentence because I challenged him on his mistake. I currently have 2 doors which are not the size I ordered and Vibrant Doors are not accepting it is their mistake! I have printed out all emails between us and it is very clear the size doors I ordered and the wrong size doors they have sent. I am appalled at the stress, the unprofessional approach ,basically that a company would behave in this manner . MiriamHare

Great prices, huge selection and once purchased (easy clean online experience) speedy delivery. The doors are all of high quality and look amazing once hung. Highly recommend Vibrant Doors.

Decent doors, swift delivery

Ordered a bi-folding door for the lounge. Extremely poor quality doors, the frame broke while closing the door within days of installation. I would never buy again from this place. Poor quality, poor customer service. I would not recommend If I can add a picture I would do it. I can’t do it on trust pilot

Great value doors. I purchased pre-finished doors and they look great. The price included free handle and hinge packs which also look good quality. Delivery was prompt and the delivery people were helpful. The cut off for free delivery was £750 which I thought was quite high so I had to pay £66 to deliver. Perhaps a graduated delivery price reduction might be better. For example 50% off delivery for orders between £500 and £750? Otherwise great service overall and very happy
