United Kingdom | 18 May 2023The doors are great. The staples used to hold the trim in place on the glazed doors are useless. Too long for the purpose and too weak to be easily removed and broke, which caused a few issues when fitting the glass. One style of door were out of stock which delayed delivery. Not an issue in itself but there could have been some more communication from the company.

It took 4 days for Vibrant to respond to our "Help" email. 25 April review: Not great customer follow up with Vibrant. We bought 11 JB Kind doors and many had small issues which is not Vibrant's fault so my 2 stars is for the slow response time from customer service.

United Kingdom | 04 May 2023Do not order from this company, terrible customer service, damaged goods sent and refuse to refund me or send replacement doors. First of all they took my money for doors and never sent them then told by customer service I hadn’t ordered them even though they had taken money. Refused to ever put you through to a manager even though rang many times . Lost my day with the joiner booked. Took a long time to sort as the order was totally incorrect finally got them delivered. The delivery company when they arrived stated that all the doors had been badly packed on their van and had all fallen and been damaged and only ours was okay to be delivered. The manager is denying this ever happened which is utterly untrue, as when I asked the courier service they said they had not even been asked. Both me and my partner are wheelchair users so couldn’t lift the doors to unpack them to check them until we could get a joiner booked in. No understanding with this they have just quoted 48 hours to check. Unfortunately my partner then had a stroke so still only had them a few weeks when checked by the joiner all damaged as my partner had been in hospital. Contacted customer service again, usual issue of refusal to pass onto a manager. Eventually the manager spoke to me, I discussed issues with her as I would obviously have the costs of the joiner again as he was at my house. Said she would look into it but didn’t get back to me all day. I rang back twice wouldn’t answer, then e mailed today saying that because over 48 hours won’t replace or refund badly damaged goods and offered £20 as good will for expensive doors. Then said I could sand brand new painted doors to get all the deep gouges out and scratches. Absolutely disgraceful. Looking at the reviews now so many others have been treated as badly. It is a shame someone isn’t trying to improve their image as a company and to rectify issues as they arise, which is what a good company should do. I feel so disappointed and let down by this company, I have never been treated so badly by a company and have now lost many hundreds of pounds for a product I can’t now use.

She's been incredibly helpful, easy to deal with and got back to me as promised. Thank you for restoring my faith in the company!

United Kingdom | 27 April 2023Absolutely no help. Instructions sent made little sense so I rang to get advice and was told to ignore instructions. So I asked how to calculate the height of the doors and was told how much I could cut off but not how much I needed to cut off. I’m now left with a £750 set of doors that I am at risk of ruining. Also poor quality framework made of engineered wood covered with a thin veneer. I would definitely not recommend.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2023My advice is don't deal with these people. I bought 9 Oak doors. 3 With Glass in. 2 Of the doors have faulty glass. Marks in the Acid Etching (frosting). Vibrant have not offered replacements or a refund after several threads of communication and doing everything they advised to remove marks in the glass. The glass has marks in but it's part of the production process of the glass. You can't get to speak to Customer Service. I've still got 2 faulty doors and the matter is going to go further, probably for a good while yet. It makes me so angry these companies get away with taking the money and completely ignoring they have supplied faulty goods. Our order was placed 13th March 2023. I wouldn’t have given any stars but I have to give at least one to post the review. UPDATE: Thursday 11th May 2023. Yet again we were asked to try a different method to clean off the marks in the glass. I can't put into words how angry I feel writing this. Anyway, we did that and, yes you guessed it, it didn't work. Sent video and pictures of the cleaning to Customer service and recieved a reply next wroking day (Friday 5th May). Reply basically said 'I'll have a word with my boss when he gets bak from anual leave on Tuesday 9th May 2023' saying 'we will look at getting replacement doors to you'. Yet again nothing from them (Vibrant) since then. That's nearly another week gone.UPDATE: 4th August 2023 Okay so, I had to buy two new doors out of my own pocket. For anyone reading this will never stop. Whenever I feel like I will slate this firm as much as possible. Trading Standards did nothing. Citizens Advice took my case and gave me a number. Wow, brilliant (not). You can't even contact CA. I suspect that's due to so many companies like this simply getting away with it. I've completely lost faith in Human Nature. It's cost me over £486.00 to replace two doors with fitting costs. I advise don’t buy doors from these people. What you are actually doing is helping someone get rich off honest customers.

We wanted them to keep heat in during the winter in view of the high gas prices but didn’t get them till spring. When they arrived we then discovered they needed painting, didn’t come with handles or any hinges. Really disappointed by the whole experience
