The pictures that they use to show the products are inaccurate, and gives you a false impression of the finished article. Unattainable time scales to advise of damaged items. Unless you are a joiner you do not know what you are looking for in the products to advise when they are delivered. An unqualified customer would not know what to look for and would need an experts advice. Customer services are tunnel visioned, a waste of time and are not realistic, they just quote the terms and conditions of the sale. No empathy or expertise. Avoid if you can and find a customer friendly company with quality products that are sold as seen!

Don't use this company. I cancelled an order before it was sent out to me. I've contacted them twice as they hadn't refunded me and they still haven't refunded me two months on.

Marvellous doors at great prices

The website was very easy to follow and I rang them for some advice which was given very professionally and easily understood. The door I purchased was excellent and actually exceeded my expectations and was promptly delivered as scheduled. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Delivery was late. I had already left for work so could not inspect the 4 doors. One door has damage to a bottom corner. I have not had time to inspect the other 3 doors.

Delivered on the day I requested, received 3 hrs delivery spot time the night before. Delivery people were great. Door was as exspected,well wrapped.

Bi-folds doors left locked by engineer after a service call. Requested a key but told they are unable to supply one. Referred me to Fenea for which they had no telephone number. However, Fenea's post code is the same as Vibrant Doors. Draw your own conclusions! I am aware the developer of my house had issues. There is simply no customer service.

Shocking service. Bought 18 doors and 4 damaged on inspection. Vibrant doors unwilling to replace despite all packaging being intact because outside their 48 hour return policy. No sense of customer service. Avoid this company. Cowboys 🤠

My local merchant was only able to offer me 6-8 weeks delivery on what are standard lpd doors. Vibrant offered me 4 weeks, but actually delivered in one! I had to pay £10 per door more than from my local merchant, but I decided it was worth it. Seems like Vibrant are able to get ahead of the queue.
