Once order the doors. The service was very good. Doors were delivered on the day they said. All material arrived in damaged thank you. Two weeks on the bolt has fallen out of track. Rang up and sent photos to show problem. No reply by phone or email. Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. What a shame as the doors and track seems good. I have now sorted problem out myself to keep my customer happy. Had another customer interested in same doors but unfortunately not sure as there no customer service back up on this fault. Thank you for reply but I never received a second email to confirm anything plus no new roller was sent. Will look forward to receive new roller!!!

The doors are good quality. The instruction manual delivered with the doors was very small print. I contacted customer service who immediately emailed me a larger version which I could pass on to our joiner.

The delivery time was longer than advertised but the company got straight back to inform me and give me the option of a full refund.

The order was guaranteed to arrive in November. It actually arrived in mid January with no update no apology and at the end of the day. The doors came with no fixings not even screws and worse no instructions. The customer service team were extremely unhelpful

I've never fitted vibrant doors before. I thought the frame came cut to size but not? So that took some time to work out . I think the hinges are cheap not very strong .but I might be wrong. And now thay are in it looks good .not bad for first time thanks. Alec

We received our doors as scheduled, no issues with delivery. When we started fitting we found that we had been sent white primed doors, but an oak veneered frame so they did not match.
