Sales never got back to me after several phone calls and emails with regards to bespoke designs and because of the lead in times stated I ended up having to buy off the website which I didn't want to do. I was given an earlier than expected delivery date which I rearranged for the following week only for the doors to turn up anyway which I had to send back as we didn't have the space on site; even the driver said they don't tell us anything. But they're finally installed and the fitter said they were of great quality so overall I'm happy with the product. GRYUPVCSLI3600FSSFPTQ

United Kingdom | 13 December 2022Bought an internal 2 glazed Edwardian style door from Vibrant but supplied by JB Hind. Price was £20 cheaper and delivery another £20 cheaper than JB Hinds online prices! Delivery was longer than advertised and communication could have been better but I gather much of the problem was actually JB Hind and was only a few days late and during Xmas run up so all in all not bad and door is awesome.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2022Order delivered 12/12/22 without Free Door Handles as promised. Reason Callum says I did not pick the option of which Handle which I DID . Says £15 for delivery charge. Also said they sent out order confirmation on 02/12/22 which I was supposed to check and dispute at that stage. Who checks their subsequent order confirmation . Rip off that is how they offer free Handles as their "software " does not register

United Kingdom | 08 December 2022We bought 2m wide bifold doors last November and had the doors fitted independently. As the days got brighter (Feb/March) we noticed stains inside the glass only visible when the sun shines directly on the glass and it looks like it has rained inside. We spoke to Vibrant Doors when we noticed it then again in March and so on knowing that the doors were in guarantee. We have been going backwards and forwards trying to find a reasonable solution and they have blocked us every which way they can. Their final solution is that we pay to remove the glass, we pay for them to collect it and they will decide whether the fault is with us or with them. Meanwhile they expect us to leave a 2m gap/hole in the back of our house until they decide. They told us that this is the ONLY solution. How would this be a solution for anybody? So what about the guarantee? Obviously not worth the paper it’s written on!! We have spent £4000 on doors with these people. Their customer service is unhelpful, disrespectful and above all impossible

United Kingdom | 07 December 2022It was easy to complete the order, the website showed when the doors were back in stock which I found to be an indication that Vibrant Doors cared for their customers. The communication about the delivery was great and the courier contacted me the prior to arrival and asked for a reply to ensure i have received the message. The courier arrived with the time slot and was pleasant and courteous, when asked where the door fitments were he advising ring Vibrant doors. Disappointed that there was no mention on fitments being delayed and once then Vibrant door knew the door were being dispatched surely, they would have sent the door fitment. this delay causes us to purchase door fitments elsewhere as the joiner was arriving on the Monday. The fitments arrived just as the joiner was fitting up the last door. Give Vibrant door created it did say next day deliver on the parcel which in my opinion should have been Thursday or Friday, the did have another label underneath with my name on, should it have been posted earlier, who doors. All in all not a bad service but on my experience, they could have done better.
