After much searching I found the door I wanted at vibrant and was quoted, what I thought was a reasonably high price for delivery, but decided to place the order. Having had contact made about delivery dates, I was contacted by vibrant to tell me the delivery quote has gone up an additional 3 times the original price(more than the door in all). I live outside a major city and there was no reason for this. Due to this I cancelled the order.

Avoid terrible customer service . 1 Wrong size sent bought 10 doors waited 4weeks for 3 of them .no email or communication only from the courier of delivery day . This is when it came to light 3 doors where out of stock BECAUSE they where missing Noone from this company informed me of this .I had a joiner booked to fit all 10. Loosing him money that day . They Will not exchange the door they ordered incirrectly , just wriggle out if it, rudly and aggresivly pass the book , somehow they claim it is my own fault .finally saw email of the order today and it's incorrect 2 x doors with size , i x no size .as I stated I did not place the order myself via Internet,I made a telephone sale with Georgia who made errors other than the size of one door. She ommitted to obtain my email address !!! So how could I check wirhin your 24 hours T & cs you keep spouting aboutb???? And they point blank refuse to collect and exchange , although LPD who delivered the last 3 direct . Told me as long as EDD agreed they were happy to exchange as the do.it all the time if the door has not been worked on ...Jack in EDD customer service Told me to" sell it on., we won't be exchanging it !!! " Disgusting attitude .. Zero after care.very rude to their customers as highlited in other reviews i have now read through !! .i do not do reviews good or bad this is my first & hopefully my last AVOID USE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO VALUE YOUR BUISNESS .MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOW NOT BE USING THESE. ALL THOUGH MY DOORS ARE STUNNING.& 9 OUT OF THE 10 @ £1360 plus £65 per door fitting by a highclass local joiner money well spent to finish the house off , SUCH A SHAME THEY HAVE TO LIE TO AVOID ACCOUNTANILITY !!!! Why would or should I want to sell the incorrect door ? As per my consumer rights that is you Job , your liability your incompitance !! if I did not get the emails how would I see your tems and conditions non of which where relayed to me at the time of the transaction either via email , post or a phone call .no attempt was made to contact me . As I said the only contact I had was with the courier via text message and LPD on the 2nd delivery as you told me to deal with them direct because the 3 glass versions were out of stock & due in end of October which I accepted. LPD would be dealing direct from then on where your words !!! LPD sent a text message after I rang to check they where actually in stock to advise of delivery, nothing else . No sizes no numbers . As soon as the joiner realised he door was wrong I rang LPD their representatives have no issue with it being unwrapped! I have been comunicating via email the day after the event of the door havimg been delivered and incorrectly ordered by your agent . The emsil states the 3 doors ...2 with sizes 1 without a size next to it !!!! IT IS 💯 % YOUR ERROR .THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could award 0 stars I would .

I read the reviews before buying along with other door sellers some were good and some not so good the good ones were that bit more expensive, then I found vibrant doors there views were mainly good but then the price was really good too. I love my doors they look quality plus the delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery men were so professional, I will definitely be buying more doors from vibrant and would recommend anyone looking to buy doors this is the place you need

I have been very impressed with my dealings with this company. First of all I could not find a better price anywhere, even got free door handles included. Have collected my doors personally,each time the staff have loaded them for me. Finally have found the quality of the doors to be excellent, so all in all very pleased!

Great company to deal with, they had the door I needed in stock which was delivered as agreed. The door is good quality and regular updates on the shipment was provided. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. Run away from this store. The door come damaged, the damage was hidden by the pack and when I was about to install I saw a big damage at the top corner. The store said they couldn't change the item because I have only 48 hours to complain and I complained 5 days later. I asked to return the item and he said they didn't accept damaged itens to be returned. Ridiculous store.

I want to start by saying not all of my experience has been a poor one with vibrant doors. I have given 2 stars to reflect this - with the view to up it once my problem has finally been sorted. Dealt with an initial sales team member called Georgia on the phone in July 22 who helped me finalise my order (16 mexicano wood and glazed doors and 16 sets of handles) Delivery team were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a number of doors (which are poorly packaged for such expensive doors) with marks and scuffs on, some manufacturing defects and sticky tape which has ended up ingrained on the veener of the ones I kept - not the standard you would expect at the price. I was passed around a bit until I dealt with Charlotte who I found to be the most helpful. She arranged for new doors to be sent out and replaced which I waited a few weeks for. That delivery had damaged doors on and we went through the same process again and again (roughly 6 maybe 7 times in fact). We are down to just 2 doors being faulty and one privacy pack lock when opened by carpenter to fit. This is not the fault of anyone in the office but the certainly the manufacturer of the doors as the most recent doors have many defects in the veneer making it difficult to work with. For the most part, Charlotte has dealt with problems again and again. Unfortunately, the most recent incident (14th October 22 - remember ordered in July 22), she was away and I dealt with someone different which is the straw that broke the camel's back. I've been incredibly patient. I know it isn't the service teams fault doors are delivered to me in a poor condition but I need to speak with someone and a lot of the team just don't seem to want to help at all. I reported my latest problem one week ago today. I then followed up with Charlotte on Monday and was promised a call back but this didn't come. My joiner is unable to finish the doors because I currently don't have enough but the whole experience has put me off continuing. I have begun to feel more frustrated and pretty upset/stressed with this whole saga and want to draw a line in this - advised to email to escalate issues to the customer service team leader - did so at around 10 am on Tuesday 18th and then again at 10am on Thursday (with the first email attached and a follow up) but still no reply. For someone who is supposed to deal with these things (and who was aware of my issues) it is disappointing to not receive any communication. This is why I have finally and reluctantly taken to trustpilot for a speedy and final conclusion. Could someone - ideally a manager/team leader or even Charlotte to be fair contact me Monday and can we sort this once and for all? I have read some of the replies from your CS team and they seem unnecessarily confrontational. FYI I haven't mentioned any of the unprofessional/unhelpful staff because I'm hoping it was just a bad day at the office and the point of this message is not to name and shame but to conclude.

After an initial hiccup the door arrived without a scratch. The courier firm were amazing. We've ordered doors from another company and the packing from the factory is so poor that the doors all were damaged. Well these were packed superbly. The quality of the door too is amazing. Thanks so much.

Delivery arrived in two parts with pleasant delivery staff on both occasions, doors look well and are well constructed, plus when installed dramatically reduce noise from nearby rooms. Only quibble was "free" handles did not have a "privacy" option" so maybe offer cheaper doors or that facility to choose.
