Absolutely perfect!

Ordered 2 doors, 1 arrived fine, the other was damaged on sides, probably due to packaging!. Sent pictures of damage and no response from anyone at Vibrant doors. Previously ordered thousands of pounds of goods and no issues. Disgraceful.

Purchased a set of internal bifolding doors on this occasion. Ordering experience on the web site was great, delivery guys extremely helpful, doors exactly as described. Only criticism i have is that i think there needs to be more put into the installation instructions. I’m an experienced joiner and i found them a bit of a challenge, but overall great service and would recommend

High quality doors

Bought 4 Suffolk internal primed doors and generally all was well. The door outer covering does chip easily and is made from what appears to be MDF. Easy to hang and generally good value. Bought also 2 glazed Suffolk doors and again as above. I also bought an external glazed door which again is good but has had a repair on the edge which has swelled since delivery. The free hardware for the internal doors was a good set of fittings.

Terrible customer service, clearly reading from a script, I’m not even sure that the lady I spoke with knew that the company sold doors. I ordered internal doors and handles, they all arrived seperately however the handles never arrived and upon calling them they said that it has only just been brought to there attention that they were out of stock. Shouldn’t they have known they were out of stock when they dispatched my order and the handles were missing?? Wouldnt use them again, the doors are flimsy and cheap and my joiner said they were the worst doors he had ever installed. DONT USE VIBRANT DOORS
