On this occasion Vibrant was excellent. Originally doors were delivered without top track and driver said he would email you. Whether that happened or not I dont know but the response was much better when I rang your customer services direct. Thats the only reason I knocked a star off. Otherwise very good response and Id deal with Vibrant again.

Good price great service delivered on time

Ordered a set of 3 anthracite bifold doors, my builder as just fitted them and they look fantastic. He said they are really good quality and was impressed by the design and the locking mechanism which he's not seen before. Really happy with the service and product this company provided. Would definitely recommend

Doors actually very good. Delivery period slightly disappointing (around a week) but not too bad really. The delivery itself, however, was awful. Driver called offering 7-9am. I explained no one would be on site until just before 8 but he made it clear that it would actually be 7am. He kept calling me threatening that this would require me to request a different delivery that would then cost me more. He eventually relented and delivered at 7.40am claiming that the person before had no problem taking delivery at 6.30am. Despite trying to he friendly and even offering them a tea, he was belligerent. I’m not going through this again so will try buying elsewhere for the remaining doors.

Someone made a charge using my card in their store and talking with them from Spain, it has been resolved and the money has been returned to me and the order cancelled being possible in such a way that neither I nor they have been harmed

Fabulous service quality product delivered and place inside my front door. Have you tried lifting these things? I could not have done that without funding a chiropractors next cruise

Great doors, great prices, great service - initial delivery revealed slight damage to door - delivery guy had no hesitation in putting it back on the track and re-ordering there and then. Replacement arrived within a few days in pristine condition... will use this company again

Good quality doors for the price. They were delivered within one week of order and the delivery driver was helpful and polite. Not yet installed so cannot comment on fit / measurements etc. Nice to have handles and hardware included in the price, these also seem to be good quality.

They look good because they are good. So pleased I chose Vinrant doors, the pre finished oak is beautiful.

I read alot of negative comments about vibrant doors. But my experience was a positive one. Easy to order, prompt delivery within their stated delivery time of 3 days. And the quality of the doors were great, my joiner was surprised with the quality of the hinges. My only criticism is of the instructions, they are very basic. But overall very happy with my purchase.

Pleased with the product overall. I didn’t realise that oak frames were supplied with white doors, but that’s not a problem. No instructions supplied with the frame, but after a bit of head scratching and laying it all out it went together easily. Delivery guys were prompt and efficient.

Good supplier. Good price. Doors not well protected only very thin cellophane wrap no corner protectors. I received 2 damaged out of 6 on first delivery. Courier a bit inflexible. Wanted to deliver 06.30 to 07.30. Wouldn’t leave or collect without a signature. Just constructive comments

The door frame I ordered was chipped and had holes in the cill which had been filled.

Very happy with the price and quality of the Mexicano Oak doors I purchased. Free handles too at the minute which are decent. Chose to collect as I live not too far away - the lads loaded the doors in car for me(pretty heavy). Have ordered 2 more without hesitation. Very happy!

We were promised our patio door within 4 weeks, but they never arrived, we were promised several other delivery dates, which never happened either. We had booked the door fitter on several occasions and had to cancel last minute. It did arrive after 10 weeks, and we had to wait a week for the fitter to fit the doors. When he eventually fitted the doors one was badly damaged and this company refuse to take any responsibility. Terrible customer service, I paid in full when I ordered, very disappointed with the whole service. The doors do look good from the inside, shame it is damaged on the outside! I do not recommend dealing with this company

Single door delivered to match others I had a few years ago from same company. Damage to top corner of door but unsure whether it happened during shipping or was not picked up on inspection before sent.
