United Kingdom | 05 August 2022I purchased bifolding doors which came damaged, scratch marks on the cill and 2 of the doors all because it came wrapped in shrink wrap which is not acceptable. When I asked why the response from production management was we use shrink wrap so it’s easy for the customer to unwrap which is ridiculous as the customer you want to see your purchase fully protected, to resolve this they sent me touch up paint. What a joke and very disappointing, you have a good website full of good information and good arrange of products it’s a shame that the attention to detail is not from start to finish. I was offered money back as a gesture of goodwill.

At that time I was impressed with the quality of the doors and track system which still serves us well.This time having looked on line for an external version of the same style for the replacement of a nearby door I had no hesitation to place an order which was also a competitive price comparing other options . United Kingdom | 26 July 2022This is the second time I have ordered doors from Vibrant Doors and they have not let me down. I was I formed of my delivery date and time, with the option of rearranging if it was not convenient. The doors were delivered within the time slot.

United Kingdom | 25 July 2022After being told delivery would be 6.30/7.30 monday morning, I got to site especially early , to be told van had broken down , I understand these problems happen , but to be then told delivery would be Friday as that was the next available slot , surely today’s delivery should be tomorrow then everyone ends up a day behind until it rights itself, after two phone calls I felt no effort whatsoever was made to accommodate my problem , the attitude was just that’s how it is , sadly a simple sorry is not good enough , beware of this when ordering because I have no doubt it is a regular thing

After 1 week I emailed to ask if there would be a date given, and they advised me to contact again in week 3. Two people responded, and one was quite rude that I had already contacted them. So it was clear I wasn't going to get the doors in week 3 (there was no apology for this). I contacted again in week 3, the man was very polite but said he needed to contact the factory. I then sent a follow-up email and was later informed it would be delivered 10 days after the delivery window (no apology) It would be much clearer if they had said "approximately 3 - 4 weeks and you will be informed at the start of the window when delivery will be" Just manage expectations better

For several reasons this has still not been hung and we discovered recently that the pivots had gone missing. Callum in customer services has been brilliant in sourcing replacement ones and they have just been delivered free of charge. Thank you Callum.

United Kingdom | 15 July 2022Watch out when placing your order - the product information is incorrect and misleading !!!! I purchased ‘solid wood doors ‘ as the description clearly stated and was backed up by them saying they are the ‘best on the market ‘ not like the ‘ cheap hollow doors ‘ however the doors were just that hollow core not solid wood . Customer services are appalling, they ignored my emails and tried to tell me that I had not replied to their email and they were still awaiting a response from me . It took for me to send the same email whilst on the phone to another person for them to acknowledge they had received it !!! Once they acknowledged it I was then told because ‘it was a failed delivery ‘ I would be charged £45 which would be deducted from my refund !!! When In actual fact I’d checked my order as requested and it was not what i was expecting so refused delivery after speaking to them on the phone. Please be aware , double check every detail if you place a order with vibrant doors - I would not recommend.
