Good quality doors, look gorgeous. Delivered on time, no problems at all. Highly recommend.

The quality of the doors supplied was very good. However, the customer service was appalling. firstly, i was advised delivery would be 5-7 days, and it wasn't until i chased the order 3 weeks later, that i was told an item was out of stock. After complaining about that, the doors were, miraculously, back in stock and delivered within 2 days. Secondly, I asked for advise on product selection from the sales team, and when 2 completely different style doors arrived, I was met with "there are pictures on the website, it's not our problem" and "there will be a collection charge from one company and another delivery charge from another company... because we are just a middle man". I will not use again!

Best price I could find for the fire door I needed and was quickly delivered. Nice door too. A bit annoying that the 'free' door handle and hinge set incurred an extra charge for delivery which wasn't immediately obvious. Lesson learned, nothing in life is free!

Instructions would have been better if just close up photos,drawings or links to video. Screws very poor quality. Frame should of been marked and cut, doors to of shown placement for hing fittings. As a result of this no being done it took a lot longer to fit the doors. I WONT BUY from you again.

The doors arrived quickly, and i found them to be of great quality. I really love them, however one issue i have with them is that the design of the top runner at the very end keeps popping out and i have to keep calling my handyman to pop it back in. He said when he fitted them that the runner catches on the wood either side of them and depending on how i open them the lock catches and this is when they pop out, i am not sure how to sort this problem out other than not opening the end door. It is a shame because apart from this the doors are great.

Lovely doors, good quality

I bought 2 room divider bi-fold doors. They were delivered on time and I can’t fault the quality of the doors. The doors were relatively easy to install although the instructions could maybe be made much clearer with an easy step by step approach. Overall I have given 5 star feedback because of the service, quality and how they look now they are in place. Very happy customer.
