Customer service terrible to get through to, no one answers the phone.product is OK but delivery charge is extortionate should be free when spending over £500

Our product was months late being delivered. We paid up front, with the website adverting a 7 day delivery time. 10 weeks later we still hadn’t received our doors. I understand there has been difficulties getting materials, however the communication from Vibrant was very disappointing. They seem to have no system or way of knowing when your product will arrive. In the end we communicated directly with the manufacturer who were much better and resolved our order directly.

The support team were so good before buying the doors. The doors look amazing. Brilliant purchase!

Shocking experience really….husband ordered 2 and was told we would have our doors in 3 days,then on day 6 be told I’ll get my doors in 10 days. P.s half these reviews sound fake as hell. Will not deal with this company again.

One star is based on delivery timescales which for my order will be 8 working days and not the 3-5 they state on their website! Consider a different company if needed quickly!

I ordered some Mexicano doors last week, they have just turned up today and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. I read a few reviews online so I thought I’d give the sales line a call before I placed an order and they were ever so helpful and reassured me that the doors were in stock and I ended up placing my order over the phone with a member of the sales team who was helpful throughout the entirety of the phone call.

Doors aren't something I've ever bought before, never mind through online, but Vibrant Doors' call operator Elliot was absolutely brilliant. He took me step by step through the process, advising on which doors would be needed where for fire building regulations and he also helped me choose a design that looks brilliant in my home. My fitter also said that he'd never fitted a door with so much available trim zone around the edges (I presume thats a good thing!). Really don't understand some of the other reviews, as my experience was faultless.

Mexicano Doors are SO much better than the Howdens alternative I had been buying for my rentals not to mention about £30 cheaper for a heavier, more solid feeling door! Vibrant has my ongoing custom.. keep up the good work!

Just could not have been better from start to finish. Clear and open communication. Incredibly helpful as I had no clue what I was doing… so took the time talk me through it at a pace… even I could understand. Moreover these are genuinely “good” people. …. And the product is just sensational…. About a third of what we expected to pay with the same quality. Incredibly impressed!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 LPD Utah doors. Unfortunately the manufacturer, LPD, sent them out using a none LPD delivery driver and one was totally wrecked. A quick email exchange with Callum at Vibrant Doors and he's got LPD to send a replacement out. No problem at all. LPD delivered the replacement using a LPD delivery driver and the item was in perfect order. In life things go wrong, but it's how a company deals with it that matters. Vibrant Doors were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again

Ordered 12 doors, sales were very helpful helping me pick which ones would work best as I had weird sizes. The doors have now been fitted and look great. Very happy customer here. Thanks

Our builder built the frame and realised it was too small so a refund was point blankly refused .The frame was a different colour to the doors the side panels were a different colour to the doors and basically a bad experience never using these people again. Having received a reply to my review I feel I should update my rebiew withmore details. When ordering the french door set, myself and our builder measured the opening. The opening was too big at the time and so he built it to fit the frame measurements of the door set. However when the frame was put together it was too short. NOTHING was cut down or off the frame. In fact you state on the instructions that it is oversize to the measurements given to enable cutting down. we didn't need to cut it down as it was already shorter than the measurements given on the website which then meant it was too short for the opening that our builder had built. Not only that, the frame, the side panels and the doors are three different shades or wood. The quality is terrible. When I queried the size of the frame I was told that you would credit me £20 to buy some varnish and that because we had built the frame we were not entitled to a refund. Also as we had unpacked the doors and side panels these were seen as accepted and it was suggested that if I wanted replacement side panels and doors that I would have to pay to return them and pay for delivery of replacement ones. Seeing as the whole set was also different colours I find the customer service appalling. we have ended up having to get a bespoke frame made at substantial cost to us as the frame provided with the kit did not fit! Never use this company!

ZERO STARS. Doors are fine but vibrant's delivery company dropped the doors on my car causing £1500 of damage. The company accepted responsibility, but their courier and PLI insurance company are rejecting any liability leaving this damage, cost with me to deal with personally. I am now investigating a claim with my insurance company for legal recourse.
