I ordered 2 doors only one arrived, phoned company it took 3 days and constantly calling on my behalf,it then turns out the door was damaged,so the other door is still sat in my house waiting for collection service wasn’t good at all,I agree the courier let you down,so why not use someone who is reliable because they are so unreliable. Door has been collected.

Doors Arrived eventually!! Was sent no confirmation of delivery date, but to receive a phone call saying I missed the delivery!!! Also the apparent delivery slot was on a bank holiday when our office was closed! Then having to pay again for another delivery slot they showed up a week early than scheduled. Luckily I was working local to receive the doors. I have text messages and emails to confirm and on this basis I am only giving a two star review. The doors are of good quality but the customer service is terrible and I will advise customers not to entertain nor will I use again

I ordered 4 doors from Vibrant the order was dealt with efficiently and I soon received a delivery date. The doors arrived on the date specified unfortunately only 2 doors arrived, the delivery not simply stated "To follow" for the 2 outstanding. I contacted Vibrant who couldn't explain the 2 missing doors but ordered 2 more to be delivered asap, and now the trouble starts. When I bought the doors I was able to accept delivery any day as my wife wasn't working. She now works Tues, Weds & Thurs, the only day HDS, who are Vibrant's contracted delivery service deliver to my area is Tuesday no exception no deviation Tuesday. So I'm now stuck trying to work out how I or my wife can change our working pattern so HDS can deliver. Vibrant pretty good, HDS not so. Before you buy ask the delivery day for your location because any variation doesn't seem to be possible

Rubbish, I purchased my bifold doors 5 weeks ago and I still don’t have everything. Firstly I received 4 doors only. Then two weeks later I received a frame for my 4 doors and on Friday 8th July I’m supposed to be receiving the hardware for the doors. The whole experience has been rubbish. I have been told I will receive my delivery fee back but not seen anything yet.

The service was excellent. I had a little trouble ordering different style doors on the website and had to pay delivery because the individual orders were less that £500 (with/ no glass) but that was resolved very quickly and the delivery was refunded.

We purchased internal bifold doors we found Vibrant doors to be very helpful, when we rang asking for advice. The delivery was excellent and very quick. The doors are beautiful quality, even the Joiner who fitted them remarked about the quality of the door. We would highly recommended Vibrant doors.

The product itself is fine and I am sure Vibrant Doors do their very best with this. BUT, the delivery was poor. We were told our external Bi-Fold doors were ready in 3 weeks . . . it took another 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Really, Vibrand should offer a paid for oprtion for delivery so that people can get their purchases on time.
