Excellent product, great price, professional delivery

In reply to your reply of 08/06/2022. I appreciate that you have to defend your company – but please be honest. My email of 20/02/2022 states: Just to say the doors look stunning – very pleased with the choice. We do have an issue I need to flag up. That is the surface finish on the doors is very variable from a ‘glass’ smoothness to a rougher texture. I understand that the veneer is coated for protection and finish so this may become a future durability/appearance issue. Your claim: you offered compensation. Not true – not offered and I would not have accepted. I want the quality of product I paid for. Your claim: you offered a replacement. Not true. You stated the quality of the doors was OK – even though you have not inspected them!! Your claim: you are waiting for me to respond: Not true. Apart from the fact that many of my emails and phone calls have been ignored, my last email of 16/05/2022 still remains unanswered. As there is no chance that this will be resolved I shall put it down to a bad experience.

I decided to ignore the bad reviews on here and focus on the positives. My UPVC French patio doors have arrived, over a week ahead of schedule. My builder had given them a check over immediately (all the reviews and website states you must do the checks within 48hrs of delivery). Turns out I only got the frames and not the glass! I was concerned about the quality control that released the end product. Was it lacking? Waited for the customer services to get back to me (contrary to the response below the initial resolution was slow and I was not being contacted as promised etc). However I must say the matter was resolved quickly by the customer services team. Furthermore my builders managed to cause a small crack in one of the glass panes when putting it in and Vibrant doors have been great in sorting that out promptly. Special thanks to Katherine and Charlotte. I’d order from Vibrant doors again, hence the revised rating.

Delivery was excellent but the instructions were extremely poor. When I called customer services although the call handler was very pleasant, when asked for better instructions to fit the door she sent a video of someone opening the door. I thought at first it was a joke but ohhhh nooooo it wasn’t. I would not recommend vibrant doors unfortunately.

I was recommended the site by friend. After placing order read the reviews on trustpilot and was worried. But i thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt. Order came on time but incomplete as courier depo damaged frame. Contacted vibrant doors and spoke to Ethan. Sorted the issue. Other staff were not as approachable. Ethan kept his word and was updated with order. Downside was door-set has no instructions. No accessories.

Good arrived on time and as per the website. Lovely doors, they look stunning. Very happy with them.

I ordered two doors both arrived damaged, issues with delivery and customer services tried to shift the blame to me on 2 occasions when discussing these issues with them. Even though I was provided with a partial refund for both doors, the service and experience was not a good one.

DO NOT USE. They do not take responsibility for their orders, and their customer service is a joke. WISH I HAD USED HOWDENS INSTEAD. ... And in response to your response which is another joke. There was no fitting instructions with the door and there was no fitting instructions with the latch. I had to get another door because the carpenter was due to finish and it would cosf me again to get him back, your company kept delaying your response despite your repeated promises. Perhaps delaying tactics. If you had responded as swiftly as you did to my review.... .... Your company is a car crash.

Delivery was superb. The driver was extremely helpful. The only downside is the slight difference in colour of the fire door versus the normal door

To begin with the customer service from Ethan was really good but after paying for the doors and receiving them, it went down hill. I had a complaint about the glazing as it was warped with ripples on 6 out of the 12 panels. I had to chase numerous times and it finally came down to the supplier saying they’re fine, so they’re fine. Shocking. They were not fine! I have still not received the cill end caps after they sent incorrect ones, so my order is incomplete. Such a shame as it’s a simple task. Katherine I’ve sent you another email, can you please respond and get the correct ones to me. I had read the reviews of this company prior to ordering and realised I was taking a gamble. If you have high standards I would not order from this company and pay the extra with another company. Had the glazing been ok and correct end caps had been sent with my doors then I would not have been leaving this review, the metal doors themselves are fine and a good quality

I ordered and paid for nine doors but at this point have only received eight. Not sure how good a review you are expecting from me??

We ordered 1 door & it was faulty. They did offer to replace it but only with a 2 week wait . Ensure you check thoroughly within first 48 hours otherwise they will not exchange doors.

Disappointed & would debate ever using again! We ordered a door, didn't have it in stock (even though it was in stock on the website), offered 2 substitutes. Then giving a delivery date and it's been over a week late, still not received. Really disappointing customer experience.

Customer service is appalling. I have had to telephone for updates on my enquires several times, received no return calls as requested. Even when emailing I have had to telephone in for a response. Infact I would like to make a formal complaint and would like someone to advise me of the procedure to do this.

I am very pleased with the customer services at vibrant doors. The product was as described and delivered on time. Any problems were sorted and exchanged right away.
