United Kingdom | 03 January 2025Ordering was easy - delivery a bit longer than I expected for the cost but I have to give a low revue as my wife, now the door is fitted, isn’t very pleased as the door looks like it’s seconds - we have5 of the same doors upstairs and they are fine but this one, the grooves are double the width and the ‘finish’, the glaze is rough and patchy - I didn’t want to say/do anything as I have fitted the door but she is right, the door isn’t a good one, sorry but I wouldn’t recommend

United Kingdom | 24 December 2024Ordered the Farley, arrived quite literally dropped off the side of the lorry (no tail lift, ramp anything...dropped!) in front of me, incorrectly received the Belize, requested a return to be told 3 days later it was £50 which I disputed. I kindly offered to drive the doors the 20 miles to Vibrant doors in Derby to find out they're just dropshipping items from LPD in Leeds. I was told I would need to take them there which I refused to do as my retail contract is not with LPD. Raised a dispute with our payment provider as they refused to accept their errors or organise a return after 2 weeks. This action prompted the customer service manager to email, we responded same day then she ghosted us after despite receiving it and not resolving. Having made 9 calls, 5 that were actually answered in the proceeding month all being promised a collection that never happened. I called again on the 6th time and finally got a collection arranged and refund processed. I will not use this company ever again, do yourself a favour, buy from elsewhere, somewhere that actually stocks the items they sell and has customer service.

Despite reaching out more than 20 times over the past five days, including numerous phone calls and emails, I am still no closer to arranging a simple exchange. How long does this process take? The lack of response and progress is incredibly frustrating.

Was told I need to pay for new part as missed the returns time slot! after sales finally agreed to send it out FOC.. didn’t receive it for over 2 weeks and never had a delivery time slot so missed the delivery, then told we must pay for re delivery! I’ve given up and had a joinery shop make a new part. Disgusted with aftersales team. Bad customer service.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024We ordered 3 off (2 sizes) French doors - ordered because they were all showing in stock, delivery 3 - 5 working days - and paid the full amount. 1. The 1156mm doors were incorrectly specified on their website - should be 1180mm - and - not in stock - due back - beginning of November 24. My door casings were already built thanks to their website (and order confirmation) for the 1156mm size. 2. Had to constantly contact them for updates. 3. Eventually told that the 1180mm doors were only now in stock end of November 24. 4. After 2 months, asked them to send the 2off french doors - 1208mm- (showing in stock) separately so our builder could (at least) finish these. Vibrant doors said they would send them separately BUT HAVEN'T/DIDN'T. 5. Beginning of December 24 - no doors and no response from Vibrant Doors. I have been more than patient - but now believe that the company is in trouble OR the whole set up is a SCAM, and I will never receive any doors. I will now be fighting to get my money back.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2024Purchased a set of 4 door white bi-fold slimline doors. The instructions are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Absolutely dreadful. It might as well have been a blank piece of paper at least it would have stopped me from guessing! The staff did their best to help in particular Charlotte who took a video of a similar set in their showroom albeit did not help much with the installation. Managed to figure it out in the end but probably not 100% but it’s been a few days and they are still on and not fallen off! No idea how to fit the bolts and handles though so it will have to go without. Doors look decent but there is a gap at the top even with the packers and stoppers fitted. Again lack of clarity on how these are fitted to the frame but I seem to have got around it.

I received a quick response and was informed of the process throughout. Great customer service
