Customer service awful through phone and email! We had a meter installer guy drive on the WET concrete driveway and then he shows an out of date card, awful and untrustworthy!

I was very lucky to qualify for the grant thanks to Ryan, in particular, and latterly to Flint, who led me through all the paperwork. I had been unable to move into the house as it needed a lot of work doing to It but now it is fully renovated and the heating is amazing. The quality of work by the installers was second to none. I also had to have gas plumbed in from the road, gas meter and boiler installed. They left no mess and is was all done quickly and efficiently. I can’t thank you enough Ryan for all your help and love walking into a warm house every day.

Quoted me £5,000 for supply of loft insulation (plus 1300 fitting) for my house (180m2). I found that I could source the same insulation from a number of suppliers at £600 retail. City Energy refused to discuss why the uplift. I suggest that it was just to use up the Government grant of £5000

I qualify for a new boiler and central heating, also having had loft insulation done..to have heating i needed a gas connection which was all organised and fitted recently. Extremely happy with the work done, no mess no bother really nice guys. All sorted with a gas meter now too so all ready to go once the heating has been installed. Brilliant services kept me informed all the way.

EXCELLENT work from start to finish. The whole process from talking to Matt to the finished job was excellent. Matt made getting the grant quick and easy and the insulation and plastering company worked hard and efficiently, turning up at 8 every morning and finishing at 4.30 until the job was done. Also with the heating company once they started they didn’t leave until everything was finished. Our house is now lovely and warm at a touch of a button.

The work was carried out very efficiently and in good time by two very hardworking people. Although disruptive the end result is well worth it. The work was overseen by an inspector and a follow up visit was made after the job completed. I felt looked after and no problems have arisen. Would definitely recommend.

My name is BRIAN COLLINS & I live with my wife in Ceredigion, West Wales. We were approached by City Energy who wished to upgrade our heating system as part of an initiative by the local authority. Once the approval had been confirmed, City Energy installed the Air-to-Water heating system absolutely painlessly & with the minimum of interference. The installation took 5 days. Previously, in North Wales we had a similar, competitors, system installed & had three years of ‘teething issues’, which, when they happened, involved an engineer travelling from North England three days later, no fun when it’s cold. Our system, a GRANT AERONA3, Air-to-Water High Efficiency Heat Pump at 10Kw capacity effectively heats our three bedroom detached property superbly well. We are happy to recommend City Energy & this system & would endorse both wholeheartedly.

Just had a new boiler installed, excellent service from start to finish. The installer was fantastic, turned up on time and very professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the city energy staff, very polite and helpful. I will highly recommend city energy to everyone.

The work was very good everything else was shocking very poor never answered my questions promised phone call on the 24 June still waiting fedup having to keep going after them and get no were.
