City Energy .. the sub-con your company engaged is really super lousy. 1st appointment: The guy came to check the site, then told us he couldn’t proceed as he didn’t not had his detector with him. No installation could be done because there is no dryer and heater. Only then we knew the items do not come together unless we told them. (No explanation during our call for the 1st appointment) The guy left and commented we wasted his time. Hellloooooo, we took leave just to be there for u, and u said u forgot the detector, hence cannot proceed!! Who is wasting time..?? 2nd appointment: Called to confirm, and remind the related party to delivery heater n dryer together. We even reminded them to bring the detector their guy forgot to bring during the 1st appointment. Guess what - never show up. We took leave again for this appointment, and not even a call to say anything. 3rd appointment: This guy brought the detector. Dryer n heater all came. (We reminded them again during the call) The detector kept beeping, he’s not sure why, so he called his colleague to find out. He then said this thing is “骗人的” (useless). #cityenergy, if this detector is useless, why u left during my 1st appointment saying cannot proceed without this thing..? This guy proceed to install the heater. But he said he dare not proceed with the wall mount bracket on the wall for the dryer. Hello, he dare not proceed because he’s unsure or really cannot? We don’t understand. To make thing easy, he wanted us to get a standing rack, but he did not have it at this moment and we the owner has to call and make ANOTHER appointment. U guys came unprepared..!? We made him call to deliver the rack. He then commented that we wasted his time. He left and said he has another appointment. The admin girl even said that, it is not their job to detect all these hidden pipes. Again, then what is the use of the detector in the very first place? Really bad experience. Throughout the whole period, we do not receive respond or reply from the admin girl when we messaged and called her. Now I have to call the hotline and still waiting for their reply.

We were given a time of between 8 and 12 and the boys arrived at 8.15. They got straight on with the job and were professional and efficient throughout. They kept us informed of everything they were doing. They did have a problem with a pipe which was Imperial measurements but sorted it out very satisfactorily. They explained everything before leaving and made sure we understood. They left the area they has been working in clean and tidy. A job well done.

Very nice and friendly engineer, I got my smart metres fitted by Jack Mcgregor who was also very helpful and explained any questions I had really well. Very good work.

City Energy arranged the installation of Solar Panels - all went well on the day, Charlie kept us informed before and after the installation. Would have been handy if the scaffold had been removed a bit quicker, but experience suggests that scaffolders work to their own schedule

I was very impressed with the work and communication from City Energy. I was constantly updated on all the work carried out. This company seem efficient and professional. Happy to highly recommend them.

I cannot fault City Energy on the recent fitting of solar panels. I was kept well informed every step of the way and always by the same person, Charlie, who was friendly and polite and provided great customer service. The work was carried out quickly and professionally and all involved were friendly, informative and tidy.

Good contact with the organisers, contractors turned up on time and were quick and efficient, highly recommend them.

Excellent communication, everything went to plan and on time.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Applied for this in Dec last year and received confirmation that I qualified in January. It does take time for acceptance so you need to be patient. Once I accepted the offer everything moved very quickly. Healey co-ordinated absolutely everything from the Surveyor Darren and the scaffolding being erected on the same day. I was impressed that once the scaffolding was up the Solar Panels were installed within three days by Tim and Ash. Those guys were very professional and took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all my questions. Healey contacted me the next day to check if I was happy with the installation. I mentioned that my Sky dish had no signal so she offered to speak to someone in her office and get back to me. Healey returned my call a few hours later and advised the scaffolding would be removed the next day (usually takes a bit longer as they are so busy) as it turns out the wooden planks on the scaffolding were blocking the signal on my Sky dish. I would highly recommend City Energy as the customer service was first class from start to finish. Healey and the team were absolutely brilliant.

I have had a really positive experience with City Energy. I found staff and contractors to be polite and efficient from my initial enquiry to the final installation. The electrician and loft insulation installer worked incredibly hard and were courteous and tidy. Special thanks to Healey, Josh and the loft man (whose name I don't know!)

My experience with City Energy was good throughout from the start with the Inspection and then the Survey both of whom went through things with me to ease my mind with regards to the Solar PV Installation. Once the installation team of Tim amd Ashley Bryant along with the other team member (sorry forgot his name) arrived and got started everything went extremely well and they were most helpful with aspects of the job and making things look right. Good job well done guys (especially the installation team). Also would like to mention the office staff (Charlie) she was very nice and helpful. Many Thanks Everybody.

I have had my solar panels installed recently. The service that I have received from City Energy has been fantastic! They were extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout the process. The solar installation engineers are professional and very knowledgeable. The company itself made the contacts with me to ensure that I was happy with the work performed. When I have some questions I am free to phone them to ask. I feel valued customer. I am completely satisfied with what I got. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend City Energy to anyone.

Everyone i spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The couple issues that did come with the install of the solar panels were quickly sorted out. When i asked for more information i got answers straight away. The installers City Energy used were a great team. Would use again.
