Stuart/Martin very polite, informative and friendly

The bath was installed quickly and efficientl and the engineer was polite and friendly. After installation the bathroom was left neat and tidy.

It seemed okay to begin with but after a while I found I couldn't transfer myself from the belt back to the seat. They charged me £170 to take it out as we weren't able to do it. Wasted so much money on it 😒

Martin and James were friendly, efficient, they cleaned up after themselves, made sure I was confident and knew how to work bath aid.

Stuart and Martin arrived on time, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Before they started they checked with me that I was happy with what they were going to do to fit the bath lift. They took me through the instructions for use when the lift ws fitted, explained how and when to charge the batteries, and showed me how to move the belt out of the way if someone wanted to use the bath without using the lift. All was left clean and tidy.

The whole experience was great from the first visit by Gerry to assess my bathroom and demonstrate the bathlift, to communication with Charlotte to arrange installation and the engineers Brian and James who installed the equipment. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was happy and safe. Highly recommended.

Just had a bath using the new aid . Takes a bit of getting used to but bliss to be able to relax in a bath after nearly 18 months The engineers were pleasant and caring but I would have liked them to take their shoes off !

From the start Dave was great.A very good demo if it would suit me or not ..no pushy sales drive..fairplay..price was good.. but if you need it you need it..just waiting for battery's to charge b4 my first dip.. A big thank you to Martin and Stuart for a great fitting ..bang on time..and a good laugh too..cant wait to dip in now..Cheers

I had a demonstration on Monday, finance approved and installed on the Thursday morning of the same week. The installers were friendly, efficient and informative about the equipment they were installing, Matt H and Ian were very good, installation took less than an hour with a full demo afterwards

The two guys Matt and Ian could not have been more friendly, helpful, careful and respectful. It was a pleasure to have them fitting our new bathing aid.

They were very polite and clean they were excellent at their job in fitting and they cleaned up after they had finished. They also went through the operations of how it worked and that we understood how to operate it the fitters Matt H and Martin were proficient at their job.

your rep ‘Tony’ went to see my elderly mother today. He quoted her £2,300, which i think is extortionate! And that was with 20% off if she signed up today, we all know that old sales technique 🙄. Luckily she called me and i told her not to sign anything or give him any money. i said to ask him to leave a brochure and his details, and i’ve just found out he left without giving her a brochure or even a business card. Kinda says it all really, preying on the elderly.

Truly the best thing I have ever done was to invest in a easy2bathe bath lift it enables true fully imersed bathing and it looks great on the wall very easy to use I got mine from CareCo in Glasgow and it came with full fitting included in the price, I would definitely recommend it to anyone requiring a bath lift for true enjoyment of the bath again.

The agent,Greg Jones was great. He showed me everything about easy2bathe and was very patient answering questions. The two who come to install, Matt H and Matt B were courteous,knowledgeable and tidy. Explained everything 5*

One of the gentleman rang me to let me know what time they’d arrive & they arrived on time. I explained to them that my mum has dementia & they were both mindful of this. Completed the job quickly & took all the rubbish away. Explained how it worked very clearly. Both very nice & kind to mum when they left. I would 100 per cent recommend.
