much to learn through usage

Having recently bought an Easy2Bathe because at 83 I am finding it less easy to get in and out of the bath that I have and enjoy every evening before I go to bed, I was really disappointed. I weigh only nine and a half stones, but the loud creeks and groans coming from the damp belt as I transferred my weight onto it were really alarming, and far from being lowered gently to the bottom of the bath, I found I needed to heave strongly to one side or the other because the belt lowers and lifts on one side only, and the wet slip cushion does not slip without help. I have a scoliosis and lumber arthritis and this caused me severe back pain. I have made the decision to have the lift removed.

Delighted to be able to take a bath, with ease. Salesman who demonstrated product excellent. Installation completed efficiently & in a timely fashion. However, comments about my weight were not appreciated. The statement that the installed product differed from the demonstration model was dubious. I think installers should wear boot/shoe covers when standing in client's bath. Also cloths or paper towels should be provided, rather than excessive use of client's toilet paper. I'm so pleased with the product & ease of bathing that I wish I'd ordered this months before.

Salesperson arrived on time, was polite, explained how the system works, gave full demonstration and we agreed to the installation. We opted not to have the 2 week "cool off" period and the system was installed within 10 days. The lads were great, again arrived on time and installed the system very quickly and cleanly. Am totally satisfied with the lift and both my husband benefit from it. I would thoroughly recommend this system and company to anyone.
