Edward, the Company rep. was thorough in his demonstration. He explained everything clearly and within one week the fitters arrived on time and completed their work within an hour. They were quick, clean and efficient and explained everything clearly.

From start to finish there were no problems.Everyone that I spoke to were polite and helpful.

because of my arthritis I was having great difficulty getting into and out of the bath.It now enables me to do both and i can luxuriate in a warm bath which does my limbs the world of good.I have no hesitation in recommending it to my many friends who are similarly affected

Its Great To Be Able To Have A Bath Again As I Don't Like Showers, The Home Demonstration Before Purchase Was A Great Help So I Knew I Be Able To Get Into And Out Of The Bath, The Chap That Did The Demonstration Was Very Good And Not At All Pushy And Stated At The Outset If The Product Wasn't Going To Be Of Benefit To Me He Wouldn't Sell Me One. The Fitters Were Very Pleasant And Quick And Cleared Up Any Mess Made.

Looks lovely, even though our bathroom is small. Very easy to use and comfortable too.

We are stil getting use to it but the learning curve is not too steep. On the down side I am having a problem when lieing down getting back on the belt but this is only a minor problem which I am sure I will get over.

Excellent product. This has allowed me to get in and out of the bath again unaided. Also gets me fully immersed in the water, and down on to the floor of the bath. Easy to learn to use. - Quick response to initial enquiry. Salesman - professional and helpful without being 'pushy' - Quick appointment for installation. Fitters - a little brusque initially and had some problems, but overcame them and had fully functioning unit when they left. However some making good required. This is where you lost one star. Overall would highly recommend this company and product.

The cushion is a hazard as it is not firmly secured to the belt. Consequently when one sits on it one slips about and this causes a problem. Furthermore, if one moves further along the bath it is difficult to sit on the cushion again a sit is lighter than water and therefore floats above the belt. The cushion should be firmly attached to the belt. I would be a good addition if a clock or time could be included in the main unit. This would enable one to determine the duration that one should stay in the bath. This is particularly helpful for people who are Carers.

We have taken a little time to get used to our Easty2bathe but we are now getting along fine. The demonstration of the product was most helpful and should be part of everyone's experience and I am sure it is. The battery is so easy to remove and pop on charge anyone can do it. I think the reason we took a little while to get used to a new way of bathing is in our heads after many years of using a bath we had to accept that we now need a little help to continue to bath rather than shower which we both dislike. That wonderful feeling of tired limbs in warm water nothing like it !

I can now have a bath with ease, no more struggling in and out of the bath. The best buy I have made so far.

I had my easy2bathe fitted as I found it hard to get in and out of my bath and it was the best thing I have ever done it has made taking a bath a pleasure it was money well spent

The belt is rucking up towards the taps end of the bath and I find it very difficult to stay on the cushion, which is taped round the belt even though I hold onto the handle of the machine or bath handle. I do slide towards the motor on going down and away in coming up. I do wonder if there isn't a better method of getting covered by water in the bath and then being able to get out which was my difficulty. This is quite an expensive machine at £1695. Other methods I considered don't let the person be totally immersed.

The bath seat does what it claims to do and installation is good and fast. My only complaint is that the hand held controller is not waterproof so would not like to be dropped in the bath.

it is very good, its the best thing I,ve ever bought, its well worth the money I paid for it as now I can have a bath without worrying about how I was going to get in and out of it as I am a sufferer of arthritis, thankyou easy2bathe,
