From ordering to installation everything went very smoothly. The installers were efficient polite , well informed, tidy, and very quick Their knowledge and provision of operation information was great The admin team at the office were also helpful and things happen at times and in the manner they described

Your representative Bradley Jordan came to see me today for the second time. It was a great pleasure to meet him again, and he was, as always, kind, courteous, understanding, and informed me with ease about all I needed to know. I have had my Easy2bathe bath lift for the last five years, and am now replacing it with an upgraded model, giving me great peace of mind.

John came on time and gave us a an excellent overview of the easybathe and a dry run. Brian and Olly came the following week and very quickly installed the bath aid. The demonstrated its use and answered any questions. All three men were polite and easy to get on with.

After ordering very quickly got an install date . Very prompt, polite quiet and cleared up after themselves highly recommended.

Very simple. How much does it cost. If you cant find out the price something must be wrong. Well done for giving a honest average price. I do feel that if companies were more upfront will prices people can take a decision as to whether buy or take a service. Now I know a estimated price I can save up and probably become a customer. I do think if companies were more open and honest with the cost your turnover would increase dramatically.

I signed an agreement with Easy2Bathe on 29/9/2021 for the installation of a bath lift and payed them a 20% deposit as required. The sale was authorised by 'Guy Nolan' (Regional Sales Manager). I was told installation would occur in around 4 weeks time. 8 weeks later on 24/11/21 I was phoned by 'Guy Nolan' who said he could not install the device on the terms agreed! The inference being of course that I would have to pay extra!!! I declined to take this course and he said I would have my deposit returned to me! What a fiasco!!.....Draw your own conclusions.I wonder how long it will take for my deposit to be returned to me? Answers on a postcard!

Top marks to Paul & Darren on installing my mothers new bath lift yesterday. All went to plan, on time very courteous and pleasure to deal with. She is really looking forward to using it now the battery is fully charged.

The bath lift was installed quickly and efficiently with no mess or packaging to dispose of. The explanation of how to use the equipment was excellent, given in a clear way with understanding.

Craig and Mark filled the easy2bathe very quickly and Craig showed me how to use it.

Matt and Mark informed us that they would be with us between 10 and 11am. Turned up perfectly just after 10. My wife had an appointment at 11.15, and Matt and Mark pulled out all the stops, and finished installation just after 11. James p and Andy, installed our bath lift they were very ,they showed us how to use the bath lift what to do and what not to do, they were very good .

We purchased the lift in June 2020 my husband has three baths week (i prefer shower) 4times we have had to ask for new battery we are now told we have to pay £114 for new battery that works out to £10 per bath We are pensioners and he needs the bath lift why do they onlyhave a short life , My husband assure me that he is charging as instructed after about 6 baths he changes the battery and leaves it on charge afew days the green light shows straight away but he leaves it on for a few days to charge up isit posssible an engineer could call to check the charger ..

Matt and Anthony have just installed my bath lift and it was all completed perfectly.The equipment looks great, very well manufactured I would say.I’ve had a good demonstration on how it works and I am feeling confident that I have chosen very well.
