Arrived on time and installed in just over half an hour. Very professiona.

Matt and Antony fitted my bath lift yesterday, very efficient and friendly service. I tried it out last night and it was great, no more struggling in and out of the bath for me.

Matt & Anthony arrived ahead of scheduled time which was great. Matt assessed the situation & found that the bath lift could be fitted ———- previous fitter had doubted this!! Very neat & tidy & efficient worker & all done in 1 & half hours. Pleasure to have around.Am delighted, thank you 5 stars +++++

Whole service was good, from the initial home demonstration to the installation. The fitter installed the easy2bathe device cleanly and efficiently, tidying up as he went and finally testing and demonstrating the device ensuring I fully understood how to use it. Very happy customer

Craig & Mark fitted our bath lift on Wednesday. They were very efficient and professional made an excellent job of fitting our bath lift. Craig was very kind and patient explaining in great detail how to use the lift safely.

Matt and Nick arrived exactly on time and proceeded to install the bath lift in a professional manner. They were polite and cheerful and took just over an hour. I was surprised to be offered an extra package such as spare battery, seat cushion etc as this had not been mentioned by the sales rep. who had visited previously, but there was no pressure to buy it and I chose to purchase just an extra battery. I was satisfied with the service I received.

Mark arrived promptly,and was very polite.My easy2bathe was installed expertly and Mark gave me a good demonstration of how to use my aid safely.He was very thorough.

We have spent a long time thinking about buying a bath lift and reviewing companies.Today Bradley Jordan from Easy 2 Bathe demonstrated the bath lift for us .What a very professional friendly knowledgeable gentleman we were so impressed with Bradley and his company that we purchased the bath lift.My husband is looking forward to having a bath after a long time not being able to bath and only have showers.

A good bath lift, bu5 before you buy check on the astronomical repair prices. Cost of new belt or slip seat are way over priced

From the very first phone call then to the representative visiting my home and showing me how to use the bath lift and talking at great length about this product within two weeks I had two lovely workmen who fitted it in no time they then showed me again how to use it. I very much recommend this type of lift and it will help me lots.

Matt and John were very pleasant and worked well together. The lift was fitted for my mother in approximately an hour and they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend both of them.

Simon and James called to let us know they were coming to install the equipment, they arrived on time , were courteous and friendly, explaining everything as they went along. Everything was cleared up and left very tidy, We were most impressed by them.

Craig and Rich arrived promptly at 8.15.a.m. this morning having requested an early appointment as i had a meeting pm. They were quick courteous and did the job in record time I think. Craig explained all I needed to know about the workings of the installation and I felt so pleased with the whole procedure and demonstration. Craig put the battery on charge for me and left hoping i had a good day.

Installation. The team of Matt and Paul were really good and explained everything and showing and allowing my husband to try once fitted. They kept to the social distancing rules and they left the bathroom clean and tidy.

Excellent service, excellent bath lift, great after-sales care. My experience with this company has been fantastic. The lift is neat, unobtrusive and extremely reliable. The Customer Service team is outstanding and both the surveyor & the engineer who fitted the bath lift were really great.
