Don't bother responding to messages or any contact regarding price. I'm not prepared to have people come to house, when I have no idea if I can afford a product.

Brad was more than helpful and informative and gave my mam all the information she needed and the demonstration was very good and he helped us achieve our budget there was no pressure in buying but mam decided to buy in the day and is really looking forward to the installation

I was told by the gentleman who came and demonstrated the Easy2 Bathe device that it would fit in the space required in my bathroom. This was not the case. Like a fool I let the two men who came on the 6th of March install the unit. I cannot close my bathroom door, the bath was left filthy due to the drilling and worst of all they managed to drill through the wall unto my bedroom. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Decided to have a bath lift as a70th birthday present. Contacted easy2bathe and was given an appointment practically straight away. Demo was good and understood perfectly how to use it. Thought I would have a long wait but no a few days later Craig and Darren turned up and disappointed because the mechanism didn’t work and they hadn’t a spare. But a few days later Craig and Darren came back and quickly fixed it. Darren then gave a demo and talk about battery etc . Waiting for battery to charge and then I can have that longed for bath.

The service was great from the initial discussion with the Rep' to the excellent Darren & Craig who were very amiable and efficient when fitting the unit, they didn't make any mess, explaining everything comprehensively, a very good experience, thank you.

Andy Y and James P were polite and professional throughout. They arrived on time and talked through everything they were doing. A detailed explanation completed this experience on how to use the product.

**WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN** The bath lift buttons were wired the wrong way. Got in the bath on Friday at approximately 6pm and ended up stuck in the bath until my neighbour called an ambulance on Saturday 5pm. This was the first time the lift had been used, only one day after installation. It obviously wasn’t checked properly. Had to stay in hospital for 3 days and have yet to fully recover physically and mentally. The lift was collected and fully refunded but it took multiple calls to multiple different team members, none of who seemed to care! Was even told that there would be a charge for collection! (Although this wasn’t followed through) Imagine what I feels like lying in a bath all evening, through the night and all of the next day!!

I bought the bath lift which has made my life so easy it was installed by Matt and olllie who did a very clean and good job and showed me how to use it

I was very pleased with the installation carried out by Matt, the work was carried out with the minimum of disruption .I was given comprehensive operating instructions and shown a practical demonstration of body positioning required when using the bath.

Good discount and fitting but extravagant claims for battery power. We have now had three batteries and have never achieved more than 4 times down and up lifts for a person weighing 11 stone. The present battery has to be recharged after 3 down and up lifts. We do not completely wind the belt each time leaving it folded back therefore giving the battery more saving. The battery is heavy and stiff to remove so having to remove and recharge after 3 baths is very undesirable. I Apart from the poor battery performance we are very happy with the product.

We bought our bath lift about a year ago and it has been excellent. However recently we found the battery wouldn't charge. After some negotiations they kindly sent us a new charger FOC, but it still would not charge. We were asked how often we had charged the battery and when we said only a handful of times over the year we were told that it should be charged every week and that we hadn't read the provided information properly. Excuse me, but on the website it says you can get up to 20 baths on one charge, which is what the salesman told us. At that rate we would need to take 3 baths a day to require charging every week. Having initially being told we would have to pay a considerable amount for a replacement, we were eventually given a replacement battery and were told it was 'a one-off' despite the alleged 3 year warranty. Up and running again now, but concerned what might happen in the event of any future problems. Also I have been warned with previous appliances to avoid over-charging the battery to prevent deterioration of the battery. Really not sure what to do about this now. Any suggestions Easy2Bathe?

24th November, First contact was easy. Andy came out that evening to have a chat. Absolutely no pressure. Richard and Brian arrived on 2nd December, on time, polite and cheerful. The installation went smoothly. Then I was instructed in the use of the bath lift, how to use the batteries and care of the bits and pieces.

Andy and James were cheerful and helpful. The only drawback was that, because of all the rain, they arrived an hour late and I needed to go out to an unavoidable appointment. So I would have appreciated more of their time. However, I love my aquabath and have used it every day since its installation. The cushion has to be eeked into position frequently but I wouldn't be without it.

I was sold a bath lift, I paid quite a large deposit- half the total cost. I specifically asked the salesmen about whether the device would fit in my bathroom, behind the door. I was concerned that the seat would prevent the door opening fully. I was told that the seat could easily be removed by just lifting it up; they demonstrated this with their model. I desperately needed something so that my husband could safely access the bath. The technicians arrived on Monday with my bath lift, I asked them about the possibility of the device obstructing the bathroom door opening ; they viewed the situation and said it would cause a considerable obstruction, the door would only open about halfway with the bath lift fitted. I asked them if the seat would easily lift off when fitted, as the salesmen had stated it would and they said no, definitely not! They demonstrated that to remove the seat you first needed to unbolt the metal cover and the unbolt the fixtures inside the box on the floor. Essentially, dismantle the fixtures and fittings on the floor! This was absolutely no use to me so I returned the device. I rang the company to get a refund. - I was told they only issued refunds twice a week, and mine would be processed in Friday FOUR DAYS LATER. Not only had I been sold something that was unfit for purpose I have to wait four days to get my money back !

I had my first bath lift 3 years ago, and have been extremely pleased with it. The guarentee has just run out and so I decided to accept the offer of a new one with 20% off, as I would hate to be without a lift. It was fitted by a delightful engineer called Darren, who I would give 11 out of 10!
