Absolutely horrified regarding the way this company pressures elderly and vulnerable people into paying the full amount before the product has been installed. It goes against all consumer advice. My elderly mother ordered a bathlift from them and I oversaw the sales demo and prep work. Easy2bathe were advised to only deal direct with myself yet they phoned my 84 year old mom on 3 occassions...once to book the installation and twice to get full payment ahead of the installation. I spoke to them and advised that we would not pay until the bath lift was installed and we were happy. Then on the day of the install, I arrived at my moms house to find her on the phone to easy2bathe...once again they phoned her direct and she was being pressurised to pay, in full, before the install had even started. I took control of the call and advised we wouldn't pay until we were satisfied and if that wasn't good enough, then cancel the order and we'll get our deposit back (within 14 days cooling off period). The installation team were great and the product is what we wanted but the dealings with the central office were appalling and the company comes across as a scam company...although I don't think that is the case. Be careful dealing with them...their business processes are not in line with current consumer advice and they put presssure on the end customer

Dean Wilson demonstrated the lift very well and came back two days later for my signature when l had decided. Quickly Darren and Stuart came and installed it and explained things again. They left the bathroom cleared up. I have used it today and like it.

I have been thinking about a bathing aid for a long time and have just had my easy2bathe equipment installed today. Darren and Stuart who put it in for me were quick, efficient, clean and tidy and explained everything perfectly. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and can’t wait to use it tomorrow when the battery is fully charged.

Really pleased with whole process of ordering delivery and fitting. But have issue with use. Mum has Alzheimer's gets in bath well lowers great but then she lies back to relax and her bottoms comes off seat she then struggles to slide back on with the belt and seat covers ruckling up

We found the purchase and installation of a bath lift to be a smooth, efficient and very well organised procedure. We were not subjected to any sales pressure and the fitters Craig and Darran carried out the installation, without making any mess, in a matter of 45 minutes. We were impressed that it was fitted within 24 hours of our order being given.

Bradley Jordan visited me yesterday (July 14th) to demonstrate a bath-lift. I was most impressed with his professionalism and general attitude. He arrived on time and I found him easy to talk to, very well informed and patience personified answering all my questions. A first rate experience . The installation Team Daren/ Daren were very efficient friendly and helpful. They gave me full instructions on how to use the Bath lift Arrived on time and the whole fitting was complete in the time stated.

Brian and Richard arrived within the advised time slot. They were very polite throughout and Brian explained how to work my new bath seat clearly. I would have no hesitation in recommending easy2bathe.

Update 14 April 2022; I was contacted by customer services from the Easy2Bathe parent company earlier this week in response to this Trustpilot review. They forwarded an email to me dated 10th March responding to my original communication. Note: the email address does not reference 'Easy2Bathe', rather the overarching company 'reclinerfactory'. I do not recall receiving this email previously, nor recall deleting this. This may of course have dropped into a 'spam' folder and have been deleted, although it was subsequently successfully delivered to my inbox by customer services. The customer services team could not explain why my communications after 10th March (on 14th March, 16th March and 21st March) were were not responded to, and have agreed that internal communications will be reviewed. Therefore I cannot agree with the response from Easy2Bathe that 'all replies were made to your emails and letters'. It should be noted that the postal address given on the Easy2Bathe website is a warehouse and mail to this address may not be passed to the relevant department nor responded to. The lady in customer services was very helpful when discussing the issues raised. In summary; 1. The battery must be showing a green light before use. This then indicates that there is sufficient charge to lower and raise the bath lift. 2. The battery has to have a tight fit to ensure it is water tight. This can mean that it can be difficult to extract and indeed a wooden spoon, or towel may be required to extract the battery if it gets stuck. When prompted, customer services have now offered a 6-month extension to the warranty for the unit, for which we are grateful. In light of the above, the star rating has been amended. ------------------ On 3 March I contacted Easy2Bathe via the contact webform to raise a number of concerns regarding my Mother’s bath-lift. These are; 1. When it was bought, we understood the bath lift to be 'fail-safe' (i.e. if the bath lift lowered my Mother into the bath, it would always raise her again). This is not the case. 2. The operation of the battery is not fit for purpose (i.e. it should not be possible to ‘push it in too far’ (engineer's quote) and it should not necessitate the use of a wooden spoon or towel to remove it. I did not receive a reply. The following week I phoned Easy2Bathe and spoke to a customer service representative, explained that I had not had a reply to my original note and reviewed the same points with her. She agreed to send an email response to the points raised. I did not receive this. On 9 March I had an email from an Operations Administrator asking for account details.I responded the same day with the postcode as requested. I did not receive a response to this note. On 14 March to wrote to the Operations Administrator asking for a response and then again on 16 March - “It is now two weeks since I first raised my concerns (via the Easy2Bathe contact page) and over a week since my conversation with the Easy2Bathe customer service representative. Following that conversation I understood that I would receive a full email response to the points raised. You contacted me a week ago and I responded on the same day. I also wrote to you on Monday. Could I ask for the written response to the points raised?”. I have had no response. On 21 March I wrote a letter to the contact address outlining the above and summarising the concerns. To date (10 April) I have had no response to this letter. I am sure that that this is not the quality of service that Easy2Bathe want to demonstrate and indeed, does not reflect the quality of service that being a Which? Trusted Trader should entail.

What a delight to have such a helpful company to deal with - From the start, the initial consultation for a bath-lift, by Richard Farrance, was very informative and helpful - to the delivery and installation: Paul and Ollie the engineer fitters were friendly, helpful and patient, happily willing to answer all our queries. David visited and gave an excellent demonstration of the equipment. Then Craig and Andy arrived a few days later to fit it. Excellent job, fitted well and demonstrated again to us. I wish I had looked at this bath aid years ago. Thank you for making bath time easier and safer for me. Your staff are very efficient, professional and polite.
