Modern technology seems to have made a lot of services worse. TapGP.co.uk is the exception. It was easy to download & sign up, and within an hour I was chatting with a GP. The doctor was excellent, very friendly & thorough. Notes and a prescription were sent to my phone. My usual GP couldn't see me for days and eConsult wasn't available. TapGP.co.uk is going to be my new GP from now on.

So easy not too long to wait in the waitng room, I will certainly use this service again

I can’t recommend this service enough. For a very reasonable sum of money: access to a GP on the day, and without the ludicrous wait for a prescription. GP was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. Thank you, for making life that bit easier.

I have left tapGP a positive in the past however this Friday I have a bad experience. I was in a&e with my new born and given antibiotics. the doctors in the hospital told us that if my other child has the same symptoms, we need to star him on antibiotics asap. our quickest option was to get an appointment with tapGP. I explained all this to the doctor and he examined my child over the video. he then started wasting me time with some infections are better left to get better without antibiotics etc and fit gets worse ... taking in mind , that he was ill for over a week and it was only getting worse.

Absolutely brilliant tried another firm yesterday. The login details didn’t work. They forgot to tell me I had to download an app wasted a whole day on two appointments that never happened. But at tapGP was fantastic from start to finish so easy very happy patient will definitely use them again

Working away and could not book a local appointment. Used this service and was impressed. Yes it cost money, but appointments available on a Saturday and the consultation was easy, unrushed with a doctor that spoke perfect English and was easy to understand. Great service thanks.
