Thank you for requesting feedback regarding my recent certification experience to help improve the process. Exam Voucher Code Issues: I encountered multiple functionality issues when attempting to enter the exam voucher code. It would be helpful to have a troubleshooting guide or clearer instructions to avoid delays. Post-Exam Experience: Upon passing the exam and receiving my score, the session ended so abruptly that I was unsure of the next steps or when I would be officially notified of my certification. A pop-up message outlining next steps would greatly improve clarity and user experience. Certificate and Credly Integration: Once I received my certificate, I did not see an option to send it to Credly. Other certification platforms offer this feature, and having the ability to seamlessly share credentials would enhance the process. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and hope these suggestions contribute to a smoother certification experience.

My experience with PeopleCert, from registration through to sitting the exam, was disorganized, poorly thought out, and unnecessarily stressful. The entire process—from booking to system configuration—felt like an afterthought, riddled with confusing steps and technical issues. The exam booking process was especially frustrating. The web portal is badly designed and unclear. When I first attempted to book my exam, I was met with an error and had to call the Helpdesk—only to be told that I needed to submit all my personal details first. This requirement wasn’t communicated anywhere, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. Even worse, the system was broken, preventing me from updating my phone number. A very helpful support agent had to manually enter my details for me. Because the portal wasn’t showing available slots, the service support team had to book my exam manually, which defeats the entire purpose of an online booking system. On exam day, things went from bad to worse. I logged in 45 minutes before my exam as instructed, only to be met with a convoluted and frustrating compatibility check. Shockingly, the computer I had used throughout my learning— and the very one I used to book the exam—was deemed incompatible. I tried three other devices, all of which failed, before finally finding an old computer that passed the check at the last minute. It is completely unacceptable that PeopleCert allows candidates to book an exam before confirming system compatibility. The fact that I only discovered this issue on the day of my exam is beyond frustrating. Why isn’t this check mandatory before booking? It makes no sense and creates unnecessary stress for test-takers. These are just a few of the many issues I encountered. Needless to say, I will not be recommending PeopleCert, nor will I be using their services again.

I personally felt the pass mark for PRINCE2 Foundation was too high at 60%. The previous course(6th ed) required 33 correct from 60, however the latest 7ed of the course is now 36 correct from 60. I feel this is unobtainable for many learners, myself included.

Ive had several problems recently. 1. I could only access the course material on the day of the exam. 2. During the exam, it was suspended due to a suspicion of an additional connected screen, which in itself was fine, but the waiting time, lack of updates and communication until someone eventually resolved the issue was so annoying it took me 5 minutes into the exam to calm down. It was simply bad customer service. If this was anyone learning this topic from scratch, it may have been a disaster.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with the 1 entry/exit door for the room policy.

Overall I had a positive exam experience, particularly in relation to: the availability of exam slots (both dates & times); email communications and reminders prior to the exam date / time; friendliness and thoroughness of the remote Exam Proctor in providing support on the day of the exam and ensuring adherence to the exam process; ease of completing the exam online; and access to immediate exam results and associated feedback - I would consider undertaking another exam through PeopleCert in the future and recommend to others.

PeopleCert should not follow up with a survey as soon as you have completed the exam (which stops you from viewing your results until you have done this). Also there was a person who was attempting to upsell certain products and services (as soon as the exam was finished). I found this incredibly unprofessional and is not the correct way to approach a person (as they have just finished the exam and their mindset is purely focused on whether they have passed or failed). Additionally there should be a clear set of instructions (as i had an issue whereby my middle name was not included and i had to send an email and call up with my ID documents) and i was advised that i could not take the exam unless this was correct (this needs to be clearly advised way before the exam). I only saw this as i was proactive to check that i had all my emails in order and was prepared for the exam ( 2 weeks before). Also during the exam i read that you could not read out the questions - i found this quite bad and shows that PeopleCert were not inclusive (of those who have different reading styles and how they comprehend the actual question). Overall this was quite a poor experience and i would not recommend.

this is my 2nd exam... this is the 2nd time the proctor was late by at least 10 minutes. I was told I can't do the exam because they can't see my door and my face at the same time... Not everyone has access to multiple spaces where this is possible. Its also very unusual configuration of any room for your back to face a door. This wasn't an issue for my previous 2 exams. YOU CAN HEAR A DOOR OPENING, surely there are some other appropriate intervientions that doesnt require me reschueduling and procuring a space to take my exam. This is really over the top exam conditions. I had a much better exam experience with APMG. My People Cert can learn from how others do it better.

It took me over an hour to access the exam due to technical issues which could have been avoided if more information was provided pre-exam. This resulted in having to complete the pre-course checks 4 times which are quite lengthy and by the time I got access to my test I felt very flustered and unprepared

I wish there is a mock test so you can fully appreciate the layout of the questions and testing of all your equipment that meet the requirement. The button End Test also should not be at the bottom right corner as there is normally where the next button is.

I like that it was browser based. I disliked that the instructions were unclear whether to use the browser or the ExamSheild application. Also, after I ended the exam the provisional status did not display anything. It was just a white box.

At the beginning of my test, the proctor went in and changed my name without my permission. After the test I realized my name was wrong in the peoplecert “my info”. Within an hour of finishing the test I completed the service request form, uploaded my drivers license to ask for it to be changed back/corrected. This morning I got my certificate (with the wrong name on it) and I got an email stating that they reviewed my service request and the name looked fine to them. It’s still incorrect and not updated. Awful from beginning to end and the name still isn’t right.
