United States | 03 March 2025There’s overwhelming information that’s covered within the 3-day training. It’s impossible to comprehend over 200 pages within 3 days, be tested on it and successfully pass. Kudos to our Instructor Brian. Though the concept was relevant, some of us cannot relate workwise with our day-to-day responsibilities and thus more time is needed to understand and be able to apply the context. There were a lot of technical issues: • Inability to login • Voucher numbers did not work/could not redeem kept getting an error • No instructions on how to login to access resources and exams • It took days to have access to resources (book, power points). Clear instructions should be provided on how to login and someone should walk the participants on how to login at the beginning of the training session. Participants should not be the one reaching out to technical support while in training. Exam day was even worse. Practically, there should be more time allocated for the test. In addition, to increase probability for more passes than failure, there should be more questions. There should be clear instructions ahead of time for individuals taking the exam at home regarding the set up. I wasted about an hour going back and forth with the examiner. I should not be asked to re-arrange my room to accommodate an exam! Such as moving my desk around so that the door is visible. Some of us don’t have offices at our houses; wherever our desk is located is technically “our office”, in a corner, hallway etc.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2025A smooth, hassle-free experience, but it's essential to check your device compatibility before you do your exam. You should also check your username and password beforehand too, as I had a problem with mine when I did a test a couple of days before and had to get my password reset. On the day of the exam, the proctor was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and helped to make the experience as easy as possible.

Australia | 03 March 2025The day I was to do the course I had a sick child with gastro I couldn't change the date as it would incur an $85 fee, this course has cost me a lot of money and I've failed again. I wanted to repeat in 2022 but the cost of the repeat exam was costly. I caught covid doing the first course and then had to go this alone. People cert are extortionate.

Once checked in to the exam, it was really well done, apart from the inability to quickly review a specific question, for there is no ability to practice the ‘flagging’ system effort you start.

However I think providing a status of "pending" or something after someone has completed the exam would provide some peace of mind for the person testing. After taking the exam, I logged into my PeopleCert profile and saw nothing under my current exams or certifications. I was hoping at least my profile would show I took the exam on said date. It led me to think, "What if my exam details were lost and I had to retake it? There is nothing showing I even took the exam from my point of view." Hopefully you understand my perspective and why I am rating 4 stars.

Japan | 01 March 2025My overall experience with PeopleCert has been very positive. The certification process was smooth, clear, and efficient. I felt well-supported throughout, from registration to the exam, and receiving my certification was a quick process. However, one aspect that could be improved is the accessibility of the digital badge. Currently, it seems that only PeopleCert PLUS members can access the digital badge, and I believe making this available to all members—regardless of membership status—would be a great addition. It would enhance the experience for all users and make the certification process even more rewarding for everyone.
