United States | 28 February 2025Scheduling the test was easy with lots of open slots. Prior to the test day, ensure you walk through the system validation. The proctor I had was very helpful in explaining what was expected, what was allowed and what would happen after the test was over. Overall, very good experience.

United Kingdom | 28 February 2025I signed up for the MSP course via Knowledge Academy which is accredited by People Cert. Due to to my disability I required a hard copy text book. This was promised in the contract of sale but not suppled after 6 weeks of chasing. I complained to Knowledge Academy they never responded to repeated complaints. I then followed the People Certs complaints process and still have not had a refund for the text book which I had to purchase myself for £90. Terrible customer service they have not responded to the complaint despite repeated chasing... I am not sure they even really have a complaints department just an automated case number response. I The MSP course was impossible for me to follow with the book which I purchased from Amazon for £90 more. The accreditor is clearly not QA this provider at all or potentially other providers hey accredit. The actual MSP course was terrible just basically reading sections from the book. You might as well get the book and do the exam direct with People Cert. I also complaint because the online exam would not work on the latest version of safari. My husband and I had to spend over an hour trying to get this to work with the tech person on line and thus took 2 hours longer than needed . It was very stressful. No response only that I passed so it didn't matter I and my husband wasted an hour each. I have advised both Knowledge Academy and People cert that I would refer this matter to the Trading Standards and Competition and Markets Authority. Not that the person I spoke to had any idea who this bodies were.

United States | 28 February 2025As part of an employer-sponsored ITIL 4 class, I had a horrible time using the website: The exam redemption codes did not work for several days, the profile setup process is split into two disconnected sections (one for username and password and another for physical address, ID, contact information etc.), course materials were not available on the website where they should have been, customer service was slow to respond and the 3rd-party trainer was given bad information to tell our class for how to remediate the issues. Ultimately PeopleCert did fix the issues, but not after a lot of time had been wasted and distracting the class from the trainings. Additionally, there was a bug when I was checking in for my exam where the only available button was "Check Your Results". At first I was worried that I had missed my exam slot, but I was early. I clicked on the "Check Your Results" button and it took me to the "Check In" screen. The site refreshed, and the button no longer said "Check Your Results" but rather "Check In". Lastly, when I was in the exam, the webpage refreshed unexpectedly and I was taken to the PeopleCert Exam Overview homepage. A few minutes later and the site refreshed again and took me back to the question I was on in the exam. Update based on PeopleCert's feedback: Thanks for following up! The two accounts were created because there was no clarity provided as to which corporate account to use and the voucher code did not work for either account.

United Kingdom | 28 February 2025Update 18/03/2025 I have increased the rate from 1 star to 3 because I recognise that issue resolution was very slow and painful but it was eventually resolved. I have recently had other issue tickets with Peoplecert for different matters and the pattern has been similar: it takes a lot of time but in the end they deliver. Again, it's a pitty that the Organisation fails on Organisation when they represent the highest management standards which many business professionals like me follow in our implementations. Update on 07/03/2025: I received my certification today with a 20-day delay, and after a second escalation level actioned by a member of support (Emma), it was finally successful. My strong recommendation is to be very careful and not buy training packages with PeopleCert exam vouchers if the reseller is not a strong organisation, preferably a Gold or Silver partner, or if possible, directly from PeopleCert. Otherwise, PeopleCert's procedure for the case of a valid voucher, which is already the candidate's property, when the seller stops being an official accredited organisation, is genuinely incorrect. I have learnt that the certification issue will be blocked after you have sat and passed your exam if the reseller has pending matters or bills with PeopleCert. Considering that the candidate is the customer and paid for a legit voucher, the candidate should not suffer the consequences of commercial issues between PeopleCert and their resellers. I hope PeopleCert will, at some point, improve this situation. ------- After considering it deeply, I have decided today to publish this issue because it can be helpful for other candidates to know. I bought a learning package with an exam from a company which, at the time, was a PeopleCert Accredited Organisation (Imperial Learning Ltd) I received a valid voucher issued by PeopleCert. I sat the exam on 14th February, and I passed it. I had no warning or information from PeopleCert regarding potential issues, and the exam showed "Waiting for Results" on the screen. After numerous emails and calls stressing how urgent this certification is, 14 days later, they have not issued it yet, and the only information that I've received is that it needs senior approval and no ETA at all, not even confirmation in writing that I passed the exam. This is because Imperial Learning Ltd is not their accredited partner anymore, but they were when I bought the exam, which should be perfectly valid. The complaints department doesn't answer emails at all. I had to start an official claim under the Consumers Act because I need the certification urgently, and they are causing me immense professional harm. I am a PeopleCert Plus Member and a loyal customer for a decade, so I find this situation utterly unacceptable.

United States | 28 February 2025Easy experience. The account setup was easy and the test proctor was ready right on time and the whole experience was as painless as taking a proctored exam can be.

United States | 28 February 2025The overall experience was pleasant. The proctor was friendly, helpful, and professional. My only dislike was after starting check in15-30 minutes before my test was scheduled to account for any technical issues, rather than being able to start the test early, as I have done with every other online proctored certification exam I have taken, I was forced to sit and wait over 15 minutes for my scheduled start time.

United States | 27 February 2025Didn't like that you charge $100 non refundable to re-take the test. Don't like that you charge an additional $50 for a hard copy of a certificate. Considering the cost of the class, that's a bit much. Had complications getting access to exam. Tech on Chat gave incorrect information.

United States | 26 February 2025I had to do my profile 2 times. I did it with the Procter and now my documents are pending....because of my profile needs attention. Everything else was great!

Canada | 26 February 2025Make it on site ! Your system does not have the compatibility with our company security so I had to do the exam with my personal laptop. I had to do it at home as I could not in my work open space or glass meeting rooms. The examinator took 20 min to look everything inside my home, the examinator said my apt can’t work as I don’t have a closed office in my home ( my only closed room is the restroom, I was at a point feeling he will make me pass the exam sit on the toilet)… so I had to do the exam on a corner of a table were I could almost not sit, so he could see my home door. I was not passing an Harvard phd just a basic certification requested by my company. If you cannot trust the candidate make the exam in a real exam room I was able to pass it but in very stressful condition And also the French instructions were all given in English

Australia | 26 February 2025The experience was a bit uneasy due to interruptions caused by network issues, but the proctor was very supportive and helpful. Despite the challenges, the results were received within two days, which was impressive. Overall, a positive experience!

Australia | 26 February 2025As above. One of my proctors also wouldn'f stop asking me to change the angle of my camera while I was actively walking around fixing my room as she had requested? Was only taking me ~10 seconds. Super odd and impatient

United Kingdom | 26 February 2025You do need to follow the guidelines carefully and ensure your room / pc are compatible with the online exam format well in advance but as long as you do that then everything runs smoothly. Communications were great, can't really fault them and it was nice to get the result as soon as you submit the exam answers.

Australia | 25 February 2025My scheduled exam time was 10:00-11:15 by the proctor joined at 10:30. There was not any support unless i contacted support through a new chat window. Sandra was of help letting me know of the next steps

United States | 25 February 2025The requirements for the testing environment is absurd. I have done my entire degree online and have worked through many online proctor platforms. Never have i been required to move to a room and position my camera where all doors can be seen. I had to take my test on my knees because it was the only place in the room where the proctor could see both doors in my bedroom.

United Kingdom | 25 February 2025Web browser interface a marked improvement on the old standalone exam shield app. The whole process was seamless, now just need to improve the website layout as navigationally it's terrible. If required to change an exam date, despite confirming all documentation is correct prior, the system will not send an Exam invite out unless re-checked, is this intentional? annoying if so!
