As a completely remote/online student for the last couple years, I’ve taken exams with multiple proctoring companies. My first experience with this specific company has been the most unnecessarily thorough and grueling check-in process to date. I was told I had too many windows in the room I was using to take the test, the door to my bathroom was an issue, and the stairs leading to my sleeping loft was also a problem. I’ve never encountered this with any other company. I’m glad I was able to proceed as this exam date was two days from the end of my term and a reschedule to figure things out for the proctors’ sake would’ve been impossible. Additionally, I live in the mountains of California and it does get chilly up here. Beanies are a part of our daily get-up throughout the winter to keep warm. I was interrupted, two-thirds of the way through my test, by a proctor I hadn’t met, telling me to remove my beanie. This interruption was such an unwelcome distraction. It took me out of my rhythm and it took me a minute to re-center. All this to say, I found all of the back and forth about my room, and the interruption, detrimental to my experience taking an exam I had worked hard to prep for, and just wanted to knock it out and move forward with my life.

I was having an issue with the webcam and the proctors were very understanding and helpful and troubleshooter with me to fix the problem so that I could start the exam.

Absolute useless. I paid and scheduled a test on Mon, the money was taken straight away, but I didn't get any email confirming the test slot. Tried to call and was on hold for forty minutes, chat function was useless and unresponsive. Called again the next day and got confirmation that the test was booked, asked for written confirmation via email and made arrangements with work. TWO HOURS before the test I was informed there was an issue with the booking and wanting to reschedule for the next day. Of course that meant the test would have to take place right in the middle of the day, not at a time that I've chosen. The alternative would be a refund to which the customer service was incapable of confirming how long would take. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am still thinking it might be a scam

Everyone from the proctors to customer service to tech support was amazing. They were compassionate and provided support with empathy while also being knowledgeable. 10 Stars

Mocks and live questions are different On the morning of the Foundation exam out of 120 mock questions, I answered 110 correctly and failed the exam 3 hours later. Question topics, structure, and complexity are not comparable.

Absolutely terrible experience trying to sit an exam with this Company. The exam time allotted is one hour - it took over one hour just to satisfy the various Proctor's requirements (which aren't consistent and did vary between individuals). One insisted that they be able to see my eyes, as well as the door to the room, which was virtually impossible to set up and actually impaired the overall view. I had five Proctors in total, as the exam sessions kept being terminated, so I had to rejoin constantly (I have full-fibre BB, so it wasn't unstable from my end). When I eventually got to a position to finally sit the exam, my session terminated at question 6 and my PeopleCert account was suspended. I then spent over two hours with various Tech Support individuals trying to restore my account, so I could complete the exam - which I did - after four hours. Four hours to sit a 20 minute exam. I was beyond angry at the time and I am still angry a week later. Please don't feel the need to follow this up - I never want to here from you again.

The online exam experience was awful. My proctor connected to the call 25 min after the exam start time but was disconnected and the exam started 40 min late, which caused a lot of distress. I would not recommend taking this test online, even though the proctor was really nice.

I waited 45 minutes to take my exam because the 1st proctor couldn't hear me and I had to reboot my computer. When I re-logged back in, I had to wait another 20 minutes to be connected to the proctor. He then took me through all the checkpoints and scanned my exam area in which I had to cover up my TV and my other switched off computer screen. it was a very stressful process and made me more anxious for the actual exam. I understand the process, however I would have been prepared to put blankets on my TV if I had know to do this prior to waiting all that time to connect to a proctor. The exam process was really stressful.

Dreadful experience. Invigilator was 30 minutes late, with no believable apology. Then made me move my furniture around to accommodate the fact I had to doors into my room - both locked from the inside, but fbis didn’t seem to matter. Then the invigilators voice cut off, and we had to communicate via text. Just awful.

It took an hour to resolve two issues and I was kept on hold for a long time.
