Jean-Claude was absolutely exceptionnal. There's no overstatement here, the work he does is flawless. While the subject matter is terse and verbose, he explains it in a succinct way with good examples that really help drive the points home.

Definitely you guys have to update your website it is very outdated or work with me to help create your app, it’s 2025 come on. Great certifications just need to market and have good technology to back it up.

The technology issues were very disruptive and off-putting. I was nervous already but this just exacerbated my anxiety levels so by time I actually got to do the exam I could not focus. Proctor lovely, technical support lovely. Had completed the system compatibility test successfully

The actual testing experience via Prometric testing centre for my ITIL4 Foundation exam was amazing. This is my first interaction with PeopleCert though, and I was, am, extremely disappointed that after spending almost $600 (CAD) for a 1hr electronic test, that PeopleCert expects me to pay ANOTHER $50 (USD) to get a hard copy of my new certification certificate. This is especially concerning given that I will be doing testing for all the remaining MP, SL & PM certification qualification courses too, which adds up to a hefty additional sum. I am PMP certified also, and the cost to apply, sit and complete the online test for that certification with PMI was similar to PeopleCert for the ITIL4 Foundation test. PMI however, included the cost of a single piece of paper (the PMP certificate) in the multiple hundreds of dollars cost of the exam... I think PeopleCert, in the interest of adding VALUE to its testing customers, could also splurge and send a hard copy of the certificate at no additional cost.

Wonderful on call assistance

I hit a problem with the technology just before the exam started. I attempted the exam on my work device, having passed the compatability test, but ultimately the VPN caused the session to fail. I was impressed with how PeopleCert accommodated me, by allowing me time to set up on a new device, when I went through their live chat support and then calm, expertise and patience shown by the Proctors when I re-started the process. The missing star is for the technology which creates added exam anxieties.

The exam itself was fine, easy to follow the instructions. However. I felt as if I was being treated like a child with all the pre-exam procedures. They were totally over the top & made me feel as if I were being accused of trying to cheat! Surely anyone who would cheat during an exam (especially at this level) would only be cheating themselves? If you don't pass through your own merit then its not worth taking it in the first place. There was absolutely no trust shown.

Good experience, but finding the exam, once registered, from the main website was difficult. Had to refer to emails and the links within. Overall good experience, exam proctor was very clear and professional and the exam layout and experience is simple

There was no confirmation email at the end of the exam explaining that I’ve done my part and there is some “validation” process for 2 days, so I was left wondering if it’s ok. A simple email acknowledgment would have made a huge difference!

Proctors were very helpful and the support staff helped me a lot when my laptop didnt allow access to the exam highly recommend using PeopleCert :)

I wrote my exam almost a month ago, on the 23rd of Jan 2025. As soon as it was requested for me to upload my pre-requisite certification so that it can be verified, I did so. I am still waiting for the verification to happen. I have followed up with support, every time I am requested to provide my certificate again. The responses from support have been generic with no communication on lead time around the process. I just received a reference number and am told that my query was passed to the relevant department, and then no further response when asking for a follow up. This has actually been such a disappointing experience with generic answers and no support. Will I ever get my exam certificate or was this just a scam?

The exam was easy to follow and well laid out. The only issue I had was that I had to re-arrange my entire desk setup so that the door to the room was in frame for the webcam along with myself. Was not the most comfortable position to be in when you have the pressure of the exam to worry about as well.
