United States | 12 February 2025I had an excellent experience with PeopleCert! The certification process was straightforward and well-organized. The online platform was intuitive, making it easy to register for exams and track my progress. The exam itself was challenging yet fair, and the results were delivered promptly. Customer support was helpful and responsive, answering all my questions with professionalism. Certification has already enhanced my career opportunities, and I feel more confident in my project management skills. I highly recommend PeopleCert for anyone looking to advance their professional qualifications!

United States | 11 February 2025They did not apply my approved reasonable adjustments until I really pushed back. I should not have had to do this and it wasted a lot of time.

United States | 11 February 2025The exam was easy to take, but I had anxiety during check in because the proctor had to check my room and to make sure that I didn’t have any study materials out or my phone. So that aspect made me nervous during the exam.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025I had a pleasant experience with PeopleCert. I booked my exam and was able to choose from a variety of times and days to suit me (weekends available). My requested proctor language was English and Georgia, my proctor, was very helpful in ensuring my environment was suitable to proceed with the exam. You get an indication of your score immediately after and I only had to wait one working day to get my certificate online.

Australia | 11 February 2025I was interrupted during exam because my proctors kept switching. One stopped me mid way my exam to introduce themselves and ask me questions which took time out of my allocated exam time. This also threw me off when needing to get back into exam mode after...

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Do not use people cert. They uploaded a Agile Mock Exam instead of the Practioner one, I provided proof, uploaded each question that referenced Agile an it was around 50 our of 56 questions. They just said they'd look into it and refused to help in any other way. My exam is in two days and they just said, well pay for an extension if you think it is wrong. For those who think that I'm in the wrong I can provide the whole chat transcript which shows over 30 questions copied and pasted that relate to timeboxes. Terrible Customer Service - Wrong Mock Exam for PRINCE2 Practitioner I'm extremely disappointed with PeopleCert's customer service and the incorrect mock exam I received. I'm studying for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and the mock exam provided is clearly for PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner. Every single question references timeboxes, iterative approaches, and agile terminology, which are not the focus of the standard PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. I contacted CertyPal (PeopleCert's AI assistant) who was unhelpful and ultimately connected me with an agent named Ariane. Despite providing numerous examples of agile-focused questions from the mock exam (including screenshots), Ariane insisted the exam was correct. She repeatedly stated it was the PRINCE2 7 Practitioner mock exam, even after I pointed out the discrepancies and the fact that the mock exam only had 56 questions, not the 70 expected for the Practitioner exam. She seemed unable to grasp the issue, even after I meticulously documented the agile-focused questions. The entire conversation was frustrating and unproductive. Ariane offered no real solutions, simply stating she would "escalate the case," but made no promises about it being resolved before my exam on Thursday. She even suggested I contact my training center for an extension, despite the problem being clearly on PeopleCert's end. This lack of ownership and the dismissive attitude of the agent is unacceptable. I wasted valuable study time trying to explain the issue and provide evidence. I now have serious concerns about PeopleCert's quality control and their ability to provide accurate exam materials. I strongly advise anyone preparing for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam to double-check their mock exam and be prepared for potential issues with PeopleCert's customer service. I'm left feeling stressed and unprepared for my upcoming exam due to their mistake. I need a PRINCE2 Practitioner mock exam, not an Agile one, and I need it now. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I'm giving this one star because zero isn't an option.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025The work books provided had many errors. The flow of the course did not follow the official book and therefore became quite confusing. The sample questions provided were not relatable to the difficulty of the exam questions.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025No resources for the beginning of the course. So had to use the quick refernce guide which isn't in the same order of the slides. Made for a very confusiong star of the course. One day is niore than a third of the foundation course.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2025The joining processed was awful. I was kept waiting after my checks were done for an hour before a proctor came back. I tried to make contact via the webchat numerous occasions but got no reply. I resulted in using the webchat function to get hold of someone who just kept asking me to be patient while they tried to get hold of my proctor. It led to a very stressed environment
