United Kingdom | 09 February 2025Difference in exam pass mark noted compared to other providers of Prince 2. Seems a little unfair

United States | 09 February 2025The overall test experience was great, and it was among the best Proctored Exams I have ever taken. The issues come afterward. Now, to be clear, I did not pay for the ITIL directly, as it was a requirement for WGU. My work also likes ITIL, win-win. Until you pass, to then be told, "Hey, want a Physical Cert, 50 dollars?" Okay, fine, I got a discount code for a high score, and I paid the price. Where my personal real issue is the true straw that broke. No badge, but I was told, "Hey, you want a badge, so people can actually verify easily that you passed this 700-dollar exam (which is drastically overpriced, btw). We offer that for 125 dollars a year! Isn't that great? People Cert is hands down the most sleazy Cert vendor I have ever seen with these actions. I will very much not be renewing my ITIL, and I will never pay them a dime.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025The face to face Lecturer support taking my cohort through the Foundation level was great and really helped explain and give context to the theory.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Policies are archaic and they don't adapt their guidance. Customer Service is giving traditional answers. Their online exams require examinees to physically dismantle their screens. Never heard such nonsense in my life. They do not deal with queries directly or feedback. Please use another course provider. As PeopleCert isn't very "People" like. If you need your name to be shown differently on a certificate - they don't accept known as names. Even if it's on your ID. Impersonal, improper, not fit for purpose. Stay clear!

Canada | 07 February 2025I liked the dynamics of the new concepts. I liked the dynamics of the new concepts. However, what I didn't like was the lack of time to study and retain all the information to prepare for the exam.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025I took this course through knowledge academy only to find out that the pass marks with peoplecert on the day had increased to 60%. Whilst this info was on knowledge academy I’d expect more transparency between both parties. The experience on the call was fine, however, the questions pertaining to the course were a lot different to all the mock exams and literature I had read through. To find that the cost of a resit for the exam was £525 as well was disheartening to say the least

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Great support when there were connectivity problems

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Frankly speaking, PeopleCert is a scam. Do not buy any exam vouchers from them. I passed the ITIL exam on 28 July 2024 and still waiting for result now (FYI it is now 6 February 2025). While their website mentions it normally takes 2 business days, it takes more than half a year without any progress made. During this half year, i tried to contact PeopleCert multiple times via email, LinkedIn message and 24/7 online CS. They just copy the similar reply message. No one could tell me when i can get the result, since they do have any SLA. Even they said they helped you conduct a review or escalate the case to second level support, don't believe them at all. They wouldn't contact you back. Don't expect they will help you. They will just leave the problem as it. Now i lose my exam voucher, study time, exam time as well as all the follow up time. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025The process was clear and easy to follow with the guided setup (e.g. pre-exam compatibility and setup checks). The proctor was clear and everything ran on time.

United States | 06 February 2025Easy to set up the test. My proctor was very patient and helped me through the set up.

United States | 06 February 2025Overall this experience was quite good. The initial signup was easy. The instructions for computer setup and test were simple, clear, and concise. I liked the idea of running a system check well in advance just for piece of mind. The test itself was smooth. The proctor was very friendly and polite. The test setup was easy to navigate.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Your exam questions are cryptic with the answers as clues - the syllabus and training I have received including sample exam papers, with answers and rationale does not provide sufficient learning methods to pass the exam 1st time - you have to learn this approach for the resit of the exam - which I will achieve from a different source - if I could give you zero stars I would

United States | 05 February 2025passed test, yay

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025I have bought my training and exam voucher from 1training.org . I "begged" 1training for over a year for the voucher and they ignored me. Today I got an email from PeopleCert that 1training is not their partner anymore, but as a gesture of good will they will send me the voucher for the exam. Superb customer support

United States | 05 February 2025The setup was easy to understand, rules easy to follow, and the proctor was nice and explained everything perfectly. Pretty flawless test taking experience as this was my first at-home proctored online test.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025The exam was a total nightmare, There was a technical error your end and it took an hour to get back on. The exam obviously isn't monitored. It was very stressful as no-one would help - I had to log onto the People cert website and go on a chat there to try and get assistance. The proctor was no where for help on the exam page. It took over two hours to complete the exam which I failed by 3 marks in the end. Would not recommend this to any of my colleagues.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Well organised, felt a little nervous having never had a proctor exam before, proctor was well informed, polite and helpful, felt reassured and happy to take exam.
