United Kingdom | 31 January 2025No help when I needed support on exam re-take. Useless chat bot.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025the course should be delivered over a longer period of time so that you can actually learn it, 5 days does not give you the knowledge to understand this and be able to use it everyday - this is just learning answers to questions to get you though an exam.very dissapointed

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025The exam itself was fine but I found the PeopleCert website very difficult to use.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Very unprofessional, one hour was spent diagnosing something stupid then 🙄 having the nerve to say that why is there no door here its a through lounge kitchen not my issue I did the foundation exam here. 11.40 is when my exam was live and up the 17.50 continuous technical issues with this exam proctor kept disconnecting me let me do the exam I paid for it I know the rules and then setting someone to fail.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025The exam got stressful as proctor was late. I had to look at contact numbers online and could not get through. I would be put on hold for long periods of time. I was really stressed that if its an issue from my side. In the end also proctor just disappeared without a word. My exams started and ended late and interfered with my plans for the rest of the day. It will be less stressful for the candidate if these issues can be avoided.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Procter very slow to respond. At times it felt like they weren't there. People Cert website clunky to use and not obvious where to find the key things - like booking an exam.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025I’m not sure how exactly PeopleCert came to be the only ones who can award PRINCE2, but they are certainly leveraging their lack of competition to the greatest extent possible. First of all, they charge in a similar way to a budget airline, in that NOTHING beyond the barest bones is included, and every single place where they can extract more money out of you, they will. Want mock exams? Pay up. Want the opportunity to resit? Pay up (no, you won’t be refunded if you don’t actually need to resit). Want a hard copy certificate? Pay up (£50 per certificate!!!) Don’t want to revalidate at full price in 3 years? Pay up! Despite this profiteering, no money seems to be being invested back into the user experience. The website is buggy and difficult to navigate, with key information buried in sub menus. The included training materials are pretty much useless. But worst of all is the PRINCE2 tests themselves. Badly written, vague and contradictory questions, that often miss out the essential context you’d need to answer the questions correctly (e.g. a question about project confidentiality that *never* mentions digital or data in the question and so could feasibly refer to ‘quiet period’, but the correct answer is to do with Digital and Data management plans). Where are the quality standards for these exams? My guess is that this is a deliberate (yet plausibly deniable) strategy by PeopleCert, because if too many people passed first time, they’d lose a valuable income stream. I managed to get through without resitting honestly based less on my knowledge of PRINCE2 and more by learning the weasley psychology of how PeopleCert ask questions. Not good!

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025My computer wasn’t cooperating very well and proctor waited for me and to restart before starting exam.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Good communication and organisation for exam booking and reminders- needed to contact PeopleCert for a resit code, and the lady was very helpful booking the date and timeslot during the phone call and then gladly passed a great Prince2 7th Project Management Foundation exam.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Assistance system helped confirm exam requirements

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025My experience of using PeopleCert is based on my employer providing me with a QA voucher to receive training and examination for ITIL Foundation V4. I cannot express strongly enough as a L&D professional, how sloppy this online course is presented by PeopleCert. The course is simply a 'cash-cow' for them. No effort has been made to produce an effective L&D product to teach ITIL V4 foundations to ensure you are knowledgeable and competent ahead of commencing a exam. Simply put, PeopleCert just provide slides for you to read through ourself, no audio, no videos, zero. You just read (a very heavy subject), no tutor sessions, just a clunky and sloppy website that has been poorly designed. The money for them is in the examination only. My advice, find an alternative training provider, who provides quality training to ensure you have the knowledge to succeed. PeopleCert should only offer the exam, they should delete and burn their training material as it is dreadful.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Accessing the exam was ok and the exam process easy to use. However if you want the hard copy of the certificate sent to you I feel that £35 (and this is after the 30% has been taken off)is far too expensive.

United States | 27 January 2025terrible, was scheduled for PRINCE2 AGILE Practitioner exam - no one showed up despite the fact I did check in and registred before, then I sent two emails through contact form and no one replied.
