Very friendly staff, though I was surprised to have the upsell at the end. There's a lot to think about in terms of what room to use and how which is a bit nerve racking, but I understand (and it was explained again) this is to ensure consistency of the exam process. The website isn't so easy to navigate to find how to book the exam but most is fairly easy.

1. 30 page document on how to take the exam. Inefficient business procedures. 2. £1000 6 month old laptop did not meet exam requirements. Poor exam platform. 3. Hard copy certificate costs £50. 4. Unable to remove middle names from certificate. Limited data protection knowledge.

I just did my ITIL4 foundation exams. The registration on PeopleCert was straight forward. My exams was paper and not online. I got my result notification and certificate within 48hrs. there were also enough resources available.

Prince2 foundation course takes longer than it says. The online videos are very very repetitive and boring, its difficult to keep awake! The exam features information that's not given in the tutorial videos. The book is probably needed to supplement this.

I took the Prince2 foundation and practitioner exams as set and run by peoplecert. In my view, the exams are not fit for purpose. They test far more for your ability to recite the text book, memorise the minutiae, parse a question and work through the internal logic, rather than proving that you understand and can apply the content in a real world scenario. The practitioner exam is also 2.5 hours, which is unnecessarily long and much more than many people can maintain focus for. The requirements for the room I was to take the exam in were onerous to the point that I struggled to find one. They included: Only one door which your web camera must face for the whole exam, no one else present at all and nothing on the walls. The only room in my house that would have been acceptable without significant rearrangement was a cupboard. I ended up having to use a meeting room at my office with flipchart paper blue-tacted over the glass door. Despite being sat in a room by myself I was not allowed to read the questions out to myself. This is something that greatly helps me to work through them, particularly when needing focus on the smallest of details as many of the questions did. This was strictly maintained. The invigilators were all professional and as helpful as they could be within the rules set. In conclusion, I am deeply unimpressed by my experience with peoplecert and will not recommend using them or their Prince2 program.

Reply to Peoplecert Wed 29 Jan Dear PeopleCert Team, Your response is inaccurate. I have tried to clarify my concerns, yet every reply has been a copy-and-paste response that does not address the issue. Best regards, ************ As a Chartered Manager with extensive academic and professional experience in project management, I had high expectations for PeopleCert, given its reputation as a global leader in certification. Unfortunately, my experience with the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation exam has been profoundly disappointing and falls far short of professional standards. Having attempted the exam three times, I have significant concerns about the transparency and fairness of the scoring process. While I demonstrated a 100% success rate in "Understanding Key Principles," the" foundation of the PRINCE2 methodology, the breakdown of results failed to justify my final scores, leaving me with little actionable feedback to improve. This lack of clarity undermines trust in the system and raises questions about the integrity of their automated assessment processes. The appeal process, which requires a substantial fee of £85, adds to the frustration. This approach places an unnecessary financial burden on candidates seeking clarification, particularly when concerns about systemic reliability remain unresolved. As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable that PeopleCert relies on fees rather than transparently and collaboratively addressing legitimate candidate concerns. What's more disheartening is the lack of responsive customer support. My concerns remain unanswered despite repeated follow-ups, leaving me with no resolution and delaying my professional progression. This is especially concerning as the certification process is a critical step in my structured program, where timely outcomes are essential. PeopPeopleCert'stomer-centric approach needs urgent improvement. As a leading certification provider, its credibility depends on delivering a fair, transparent, and supportive process for candidates. At a minimum, this should include: Providing clear and actionable feedback with exam results. Addressing systemic issues in scoring to ensure fairness and trust. Eliminating or reducing the appeal fee for candidates with genuine concerns. Enhancing customer service responsiveness to support candidates effectively. For those considering PeopleCert, I strongly urge you to evaluate your options carefully. My experience has been far from the professionalism I expected, and these ongoing issues have unnecessarily delayed my progress toward certification and career advancement. PeopleCert has the opportunity to restore its reputation by addressing these issues and adopting a more transparent and candidate-focused approach. Until then, I cannot recommend them as a reliable partner for professional certifications. ***************************************** Update: Unfortunately, my experience with PeopleCert has not improved since my initial review. Despite raising my concerns about the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation exam retake process multiple times, the company has shown a continued lack of transparency and support. I have repeatedly been informed that I was offered the Take2 retake option for £70; however, this was not the case. I was not given this option during my exam booking or in the critical 15-minute window before the exam. Instead of addressing this discrepancy, PeopleCert has offered a nominal 10% discount on future purchases—a gesture that does nothing to rectify the issue. The responses I have received from PeopleCert have been templated and dismissive, further illustrating the disconnect between their claimed customer-centric approach and the reality of their practices. Their unwillingness to provide clear, evidence-based answers only amplifies my concerns about the fairness and integrity of their processes. As a Chartered Manager committed to upholding professional standards, I find this experience with PeopleCert disheartening. The company's rigid policies and inadequate customer service have delayed my certification and eroded my trust in their services. I have no choice but to update this review to reflect these ongoing challenges. PeopleCert's reluctance to address legitimate candidate concerns transparently and somewhat continues to be a significant barrier to my professional advancement. My advice to prospective candidates remains the same: Approach PeopleCert with caution. Until substantial improvements are made in customer service, transparency, and support, I cannot endorse them as a trustworthy partner for professional certification.

It ran smoothly. It was how I would hope it would be conducted although I didn't anticipate the camera thing - I understand but it felt very 1 way.

The exam crashed several time whilst taken my exam. This caused a load of stress and flustered me whilst taking my exam. The company blamed my wifi yet I have top speed internet, other members of my family were working from home at the same time and I was also able to contact the support chat section on another browser whilst my exam crashed. I also used a hotspot from my data to see if that would sort the issue and it didn't it still crashed. For the cost of this exam I am shocked at how awful the server was.

I only wrote my exam with them but they offered a fantastic service. I had a few issues and their customer service was responsive and helpful and the user interface was really easy. The proctor was very professional and helpful.

My exam cut out 3 times during the time allocated the whole process took 2 1/2 hours not one hour because of the website becoming unavailable, I had to show my passport and the room layout i was in 4 times during this period even though i had not left the room. the whole process was difficult and a lot more stressful than it needed to be.
