The taxi company was prompt in replies, kept track of what was happening, and got us rescheduled when plans were finalized. The driver was on time and curteous.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2024Horrible experience I have booked a cab to pick up my family at the airport. Booked a meet&greet service that I payed £5 more for as wll. Few hours before the pick up time the driver called me that he actually can't do the M&G because he can't leave the car once it's parked?! We also spoke on the phone about the plane being delayed and the weather being bad - I just wanted to make sure the driver would be there on time. When my family landed a got to the parking lot I called the driver where he was and he said he was not there because he thought I would call him before, which he did not ask me to do in the previous call. When I asked when he will be there he very unsurely said in 15 minutes. I then called the office very unhappy because the driver knew when the plane was landing and said in the first phone call that he would be there on time. The person I spoke with on the phone also wasn't very helpful, said they would call the driver and call me back but never did. I had to call them several times to find out what is happening and where the driver is. And he ended up being an hour late!!!!!! I then received a pathetic excuse for an apology message from the driver that the weather and traffic were bad and saying that's something he can't control - even though he mentioned this on the call three hours before the plane was supposed to land!!! Plus it was half an hour delayed, which he also knew. One of the worst experience of my life, never again!

Lack of empathy towards customers may not be the best approach. I know losing one customer is not a big deal for your company. Twice I have tried to provide feedback to your staff, that one needs to put themselves in the shoes of a customer who has traveled for 10-15 hours, tired to core and struggling with other matters of travel and how to support the customer, but I have been on both occasions reminded of the Terms and Conditions and details on the website and emails. No one seems to even care to listen to a customer's feedback Sorry, wouldn't be coming back to OTS.

I mean you could be lucky and whoever they outsource to is reliable but our outward journey car didn’t turn up and the one back the service was awful and the seatbelt in the back was faulty. They were very apologetic for the car not arriving but just refused to take our concerns seriously for the return.

United Kingdom | 04 November 2024Even 1 star is too much, as this company and their Customer Service is a complete joke! I made a booking at 2.54am this morning to get me to the airport but the booking couldn't be completed without having to enter bank details and making a full payment, which is quite unbelievable! I never thought the money (£83 for the service) would be taken immediately, as I was supposed to wait for an email confirming they were able to find me a driver at all. As that didn't sound very reliable to me and a bit suspicious, I immediately started to look for an option to cancel the booking and look for an alternative. I replied back to the email asking them for a cancellation (3.01am) but I ve noticed they sent me another email confirming the booking and stating they have assigned me a driver including the driver's number! I ve sent another email asking them again for a cancellation and immediately started ringing the given number. Tried twice but did not get any answer, so started a live chat with the company to explain the situation. The person I was chatting to was absolutely rude, disrespectful and judgmental. He just said the booking couldn't be cancelled and that I had to think about that before I ve made it and before I ve paid the money! Just to repeat again: you can't complete the booking unless you enter your card details and pay for the service ( a service I never got!) The person also said it was all my fault, he couldnt do anything about it, as he had to pay the driver anyways?! When I mentioned the fact I tried to contact the driver twice, I was told it wasn't driver's fault he didn't answer. So I ended up paying £83 for a service I never got, a service I ve started trying to cancel 5min after making the booking and got treated as a guilty child! Do not use this company, as they don't have a cancellation policy, will charge you full price for a job they haven't even completed and will treat you as rubbish!

When the driver eventually arrived he had the wrong name. A complaint to the company asked me for ridiculous proof of my allegations including did I have proof of the time he picked me up? After several emails they said they was nothing they would do. Dont use this comoany!

Easy to book and comprehensive updates in terms of pick up times, process etc. Very early flight out and delayed later flight coming back however drivers were early on both occasions. No additional fees or surprises either. Both drivers were very courteous and professional and the cars were clean and spacious. Were the most competitively priced firm I approached and would definitely use again.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2024I booked a taxi with Onward Travel Solutions and cancelled within 3 hours after finding out they couldn’t provide the two child seats I requested. Despite cancelling quickly, and without a driver assigned, they charged me a £7 cancellation fee (more than 12% of the fare), which I find completely unfair and unreasonable. I’ve used their service before and had issues (like paying for a Meet and Greet where the driver never showed). Despite this, they refused to offer any goodwill this time. Their rigid application of terms without considering customer loyalty or the situation is disappointing. They even indicated they’d defend against a chargeback rather than resolve this amicably. I won’t use their service again—they do not care about their customers and you should AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

United Kingdom | 16 October 2024At the time of booking a return airport transfer for my parents (both in their 80s), I called in advance to ensure the driver would bring their luggage up a flight of stairs. I was reassured this would be added as a note to the booking and the drivers would be briefed in advance. Needless to say the driver refused flat out and when I called their head office they advised that as per policy help with any luggage is at the discretion of the driver. The cherry on top was being charged an extra 10GBP as the driver had to wait 10 additional minutes at pick at Heathrow.

However, the driver arrived much earlier than scheduled, and we ended up being charged extra for the waiting time. The follow-up call with customer service was unhelpful, and our attempts to clarify the situation were not taken seriously. Additionally, there was no response to our email. Overall, the service came across as unprofessional and unreliable, and it was also quite expensive.
